“As a donor and the spouse of a highly involved board member, I have seen the work of The Children’s Haven up close. The organization operates with exceptional integrity, compassion, and accountability.
The Children’s Haven goes beyond good intentions by delivering well designed programs that truly support children and families affected by abuse and neglect. From a donor perspective, there is strong confidence that resources are stewarded responsibly. From a board family perspective, the dedication of staff and volunteers is evident in every decision.
I am proud to support The Children’s Haven and highly recommend it to anyone looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children in Cherokee County.”

“This place is absolutely unfathomably incredible… thanks to this place and mis.sandy(nana), I have a reason and purpose to live, thrive, and grow with God and love in my heart… being a resident here truly opened my eyes, it made me a better mother, woman, person, and I always tear up a little thinking about how lucky I am to have gone here and found wisdom to better myself. I’m forever grateful. And thank you for all the woman and people you’ve helped throughout the many years, and I pray for this place to continue to run with God’s love and glory… AMEN <3”
“Great people with lots of resources. They help out wherever they can. Getting there early is the best idea because it gets busy and towards the afternoon, the wait can be long.”
“There are many things I can say about with those to Community Clinic. As a patient there for so many years, I’ve experienced many aspects of The Clinic and I may have to do more than one review.
It seems BCC has gone completely mobile at this point. They have always tried to help as many patients as possible. However, they know not every person can easily travel to their office so they have made their best effort to get as close as possible to their patients. Dates and times of where they are can be found on their website. Plus, they return to the same places/area monthly to make sure patients receive their scheduled meds and regular care. Not to mention there are additional programs and assistance that can probably be fine on that one side as well. The bottom line is BCC is a faith based clinic that works overtime to make sure our community is healthy. I appreciate them, they’re volunteers, anyone who is supporting them, etc. I don’t know what I would’ve done without them.”
“This is a really nice location. I’ve seen stores that are so crammed full of stuff that it’s hard to move let alone see anything. Maybe it’s the way it’s organized but there just feels like there’s more space. I agree that as a whole they’re getting a bit out of hand with the pricing scale, this location is certainly in line with that trend but we still found something we needed”
“Good selection of clothing and decent prices. However when checking out, the worker should inform the customer that in order to receive the discount of the day (today was yellow tags are 99 cents and blue tags are half off) the customer needs to enter their phone number. Our group checked out with 2 different workers and neither worker mentioned this.”
