Just wanted to detail a great experience here - Javion at the front office stuck with us through all of our questions about renting/move in (and of course application technical difficulties). He was able to detail an answer to every single crazy question we asked and remained patient. Not to mention the townhomes are absolutely beautiful and reasonably priced!! So excited to move in as Javion has already sold me!!!

The only thing holding me back from 5 stars is that the office is borderline impossible to get on the phone. Other than that, the homes are affordable and up to date. Very quiet and peaceful community and would recommend to anyone

BEWARE:Moved in October 2021, met with Rhonda for a tour. The application process was simple and quick. Love living here. The grounds, pool area and gym are well kept. Any minor issues i have had are addressed immediately.Rhonda has been great to deal with, very professional and courteous.Then December of 2022 the place was bought out by Covey and managed by Rangewater. Call the office no one answers, leave a message no one calls back. They make certain changes...huge trash cans that they want in your garage until time to put them out...trash smells and the rats get in under the garage doors. Not a smart decision on their part. Then a new guy moves in next door and harasses me by knocking on my door just about every day. I was moving out at the end of my lease in October but because of him i moved out early (August) but had to maintain my lease until October...In all the confusion I forgot to pay my September rent on time. They sent me an email, I went to the office and gave them a check . Because I was a day late they added a $150 late fee. I asked if that could be removed. In the 2 years I never paid late. The response from the lady in the office was "we cannot reverse the late payment because you are moving out" - WHAT??? Mind you they have people who are so behind in rent and here I am always paid on time and the 1 time I forgot in the midst of moving that was the answer I got.I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone!

Beautiful beautiful community. Reminds you of something out of a movie. Floor plans are great. 2 and 3 bedrooms available and all have a half bath. Leasing office was superb. Very elegant and pleasing. Application process could use a little tweaking but other than.

So this place is definitely a gift from God we prayed and asked for this place and got it it’s so peaceful and the office is amazing constantly answers your questions in a reasonable time doesn’t even give you time to worry! Beautiful inside and out me and my wife enjoy this place so much and would recommend to everyone!

The best bang for your buck you will find in Canton. The homes are gorgeous, the staff is friendly. Ora was very helpful and answered all my questions, very welcoming and knowledgeable of the community. . I am so excited to see where this new management takes this community. I highly recommend leasing one of these homes!

Tried to tour this property tonight, but the self guided tour had a residents home listed as the unit we were supposed to tour. I feel that is super unsafe and a very unprofessional mistake that should’ve never happened because there was nothing else listed to tour. Waste of a drive and by the other reviews probably a sign for me not to look into this property.

Shannon the Leasing Agent was great. She made me and my family feel welcomed explaining what's around the area since we were moving from Florida to Georgia. Shannon is friendly and explained everything to us. She is patient if we had any questions and when I called her to review the application she answered the questions. Move in day again Shannon was helpful and she made sure that she was here to help or answer any questions we had.

What a horrible experience. We have waited since February 23 to get our $250 back from them. Here it is April 26 and still haven’t received our money. We have left countless emails. Numerous phone calls and messages and NEVER hear from anyone. Beware of this place.

Very quiet and welcoming neighborhood. I toured these homes and they are a nice space with good prices. Highly recommend to anyone looking to rent. Office staff was very helpful and pleasant.
