Great store! I called and needed a product right away and Justin pulled the product off the shelf and had it waiting at the register when I arrived. They go above and beyond many times in my visits.

Have had to come to this cvs for prescriptions on multiple occasions. One time I had been tested positive for Covid in their location and needed medication and they tried to turn me away to go eat lunch, had to plead to get the medication before they left which is ridiculous. Today I needed pain medication. They supplied me with 1/3 of the needed medication and said they do not have anymore. Tried to get them to transfer my prescription to somewhere that does and they said they refused to do so. Always something with this pharmacy. Highly recommend going elsewhere. Will not be using their services again.

This pharmacy rates very high for horrible customer service. The wait on the phone is at a minimum 40 minutes. IF you are lucky for someone to pick up, you get hung up on. If you risk going into the pharmacy, your medication will not be ready or not found even if you were told it would be. Very frustrating!

When a car pulls up to the drive thru - acknowledge their presence. I pulled up and the man inside was on the phone. I sat there for over 5 minutes and I finally pushed the call button and asked if someone was working the drive thru. The WORST service ever. If there are 2 or 3 cars in front of me I can order a pizza and it's ready by the time I make it through.

I called and after 24 minutes on hold, someone picks up and immediately hangs up! Also, 5+ times they say there's no prescription from the Dr. and this is from multiple Dr offices. At the core of the problem is they are understaffed and some staff resort to enethical behaviors as a reaction.

This Minute Clinic is unbelievable! March 22, 2021 I went there for a Shingles shot. Nurse Casandra M Buenger starts telling me about a sleep apnea test and asks me some questions about my sleeping. My appointment was to get a Shingles shot which my insurance covered 100%. The nurse then explains about the test to the new person she's training, how she's putting in the computer to see if my insurance will cover a sleep apnea test. I said just make sure I'm only here for the Shingles shot, that's all my insurance will cover for now. She assured me they were just checking if insurance will cover a sleep apnea test and that's all. Then I get billed for an appointment! After going back and forth with the manager in billing they finally removed the "appointment charge" they charge me of $80.13 after my insurance paid for the Shingles shot. They apologized for the nurse submitting it like that. My balance was clear on the website finally. NOW 1 year and 3 months later the Minute Clinic bills me AGAIN!!! Stay clear of this place!

DO NOT use their pharmacy. They are extremely lazy and will do everything not to do their job. They held my prescription hostage because I wanted to take my business elsewhere and when I asked for them to transfer the prescription they wouldn't without coming In 3 times in person and countless phone calls. It is my prescription and they have no right to refuse to give it to me.

I rarely give 1-star reviews, but this CVS deserves it. They used to be great, but now... trash around their dumpster, weeds, dead schrubs, things in disrepair and needing paint. It is an eyesore. And their service is HORRIBLY slow; worse than the worst DMV. Yet, there's a beautiful, up-kept, clean Walgreens right across the street. I recommend everyone go there.

Wish I could leave a zero star review. I use their automated system to refill a prescription Refill time being 24 hours. When I went up to pick it up several hours after the automated system said it would be ready, it had not even been started. The employee claim that I had never been put through. Do not use this pharmacy! Wait times are ridiculous and there’s always a long line to check out due to only 1 pharmacist and an assistant. Even when the doctor calls in a prescription it takes several hours to be filled.

This store is always so clean and tidy. Staff is helpful but not necessarily friendly. My go-to location anyways. The clinic was easy to use, fast to attend, and the nurse was very nice.

Walking in to get meds is a pleasure/breeze. If you use the drivethru, and Vickie is working, prepare to put it in park and find something else to do for a while. We didn't come to this conclusion from just a single visit, such a bummer, otherwise a great location.

This CVS has a coupon policy that is misleading. I purchased the required amount of CVS product to qualify for a discount. Unfortunately, I forgot to pull out the coupon. A couple hours later, I went back to return and repurchase the items using the coupon. The cashier refused and said he is not allowed to let me repurchase. Find another CVS...Very unhappy!

So my father is new to this area is and takes a lot of prescription medication including some pain medication which is highly monitored. My dad has been on the same script for several years and has been using cvs for years. There is ONE pharmacist that give me dad a lot grief over his prescriptions. He gives KY dad unnecessary wait times (multiple hours ) only to return and be told he can't do it for another 48 hours. I'm very disappointed in the lack professional behavior from said college graduates. Unacceptable behavior. Shape up.
