Robert, the associate who helped me today, was so wonderful!! I ordered some posters to print out my wedding photos and Robert printed them and helped me at checkout. They turned out beautiful. Amazing customer service! Will be using this location for all my picture prints in the future.

An awful experience. I went in requesting plaxlovid for a positive test and I was told that I had to go to er which now probably going to get a $3000 bill as I'm uninsured. This has scared me off minute climics and I should've trusted My gut and gone to a different doctor instead of minute clinic. The person working by the counter in the store part kept rubbing his nose then touching stuff and blowing his nose and not sanitizing so I could literally see his germs going across the store, we're human and blow our noses but then sanitize after..., it was just a horrible experience from that minute clinic. The nurse had me scared saying she heard fluid and expitory violent wheezeing which the doctor at the hospital didn't hear so now I'm also very confused. I just don't recommend the store or that minute clinic anymore.

Is there anybody in charge here? I could not find a single employee. And the store looks like a dollar general. It's disorganized and very dirty. Dusty shelves. I walked right out. Whoever ya got managing this place does not know what they're doing.

Came to get passport photo and there wasn't a single employee in the building outside of two people in the pharmacy. Waited for about 5 minutes for someone and looked around the store. This was in the middle of the day

READ THE REVIEWS PLEASE!On Monday Nov. 27th I had a serve cold so I scheduled a visit.After my visit I was told to go 2 FEET next door to the pharmacy & pick up my prescription. So, I did. The time was 1:10 pm & I stood there w/o a single greeting for about 5 min. Once greeted she said sorry we close for lunch at 1:30 please comeback at 5pm. So I left.Later that night around 6 I called to confirm my meds were ready & if it would be okay if my husband picked it up; I was told yes to both questions. Yet, when my husband arrived not only was it not ready but they also had no record of the prescription.THAT WAS SENT FROM THE MIN CLINIC TWO FEET AWAY?!Finally they found it after a 20 minute wait. With no reasons why it was lost in the first place.**Update** Nov. 30thI called the minute clinic on Nov. 29th because I needed a 2nd prescription due to the side effects of the first one. Once again the nurse practitioner "helped" & stated that she did not have what I needed but Town Lake did. I said great I'll pick it up tomorrow.Tomorrow arrives & I borrow my boss's car to drive to Woodstock. And AGAIN they could not locate my prescription!I tried to call the Sixes location but the line was so busy that I was placed in a que to await a call from the call center. Whilst I waited I pleaded with the Town Lake pharmacist to look again; even gave her my maiden name & still no luck.So I went to my car & waited but I needed to get my boss's car back. So I left in pain and discomfort. Then boom as soon as I make it back to Canton the Town Lake Pharmacy calls me to say they found my prescription & that they'd had it the whole time but it was under the WRONG NAME.I'm astonished at the pure disregard for patients time, their pain, and discomfort!

My Minute Clinic appointment was for today 11/7/2023 at 3:40PM Sydney C was my PA. I was bit nervous based on the reviews and the rating 2.5 for Google reviews who wouldn’t be. Sydney was very pleasant, knowledgeable, caring, understanding and patient. Sydney showed she truly cared about me as a patient. I felt extremely comfortable with her. Sydney knew what was going on with me almost instantly after seeing multiple doctors. She recommended specialist for me if I would need one. She displayed her level expertise and that within itself would make a new patient such as myself have trust.I highly recommend Sydney and I’m glad she’s a part of the CVS MinuteClinic if she were to go elsewhere I would follow her. She’s that awesome!!! Thank you CVS for the minute-clinic and thank you Sydney for your expertise.

You might need a grippy sock vacation after dealing with this store and it's staff members. The doctor sent script at 11:30 I wanted until 4 to pick up however it wasn't ready. I was told it would be 30 minutes. I went and ran some errands came back. Again was given some excuse why it wasn't ready. Very rudely the CVS employee said that I needed to call my doctor because they didn't have the proper medication. I called asked my doctor to call CVS. I can not write prescriptions, nor am I aware of the medication at CVS has in stock. I feel like this was a CVS employees job to communicate to the doctor about the stock issue. The wonderful doctor sent a new script over immediately. I come to CVS an hr later plenty of time to dump liquid in a smaller bottle and print a label. SURPRISE!!!! It wasn't ready. I was told another 30 minutes. I guess third time going to cvs wasn't a charm after all. All said and done it took me 4 trips, 4 hours and a phone call to the doctors office to get amoxicillin. Get it together CVS

COMPLETE ZERO. Was at Urgent Care in much pain from neck injury and needed steroids. Mistakenly my Rx was sent to Towne Lake 24 hour cause it was Sunday and the Great folks at Kroger had gone home, so I just asked to have it transferred. Since the pharmacy was closing in 12 minutes the pharmacist said “why don’t you just drive to Towne Lake”. I said cause I’m here and I’m in pain. After she and the girl had a whispering moment behind the computer screens I sad “just fill my prescription cause this is ridiculous”. And after being told I was rude my prescription was filled. Never will go back. Ridiculous NO SERVICE.

Phone never works and disconnects, or they don’t answer. Impossible to transfer out as the other pharmacy can’t reach them either.

Do yourself a favor and just wait to go to your doctors office. Nothing but a huge waste of time. They have two people there and they are way to busy to take care of even one person within an hours time period. I would hate to see how they handled multiple people.

The front counter is NEVER manned. They have kiosks for checkout and no staff at the front. They sell items that require a staff member to check you out. Ex: Covid tests are behind the counter where you cannot get them without a staff person. Also, gift cards must be activated by a staff person. But, no one comes to the front to help you. There is no bell to ring. Nothing! You can go to the back and stand in line at the pharmacy. But, they will tell you that the Covid tests are up front. So, no luck there. I saw a man complain about it to a male staff person. He told the customer he was a manager and wasn't going to help him because of his attitude. Attitude!! The man had been waiting forever and had to go to the back of the store to retrieve someone to help him. He should have been apologizing to the customer. Whoever manages this store needs to take a look at the camera footage. You'll see lines of people at the front counter and no one there to help them. At first, I thought I just came in when someone was changing shifts. But, it happens EVERY time I go in there. The day I went in to buy a Covid test, I went to the pharmacy because my insurance provides tests for free if you pick them up at the pharmacy. The pharmacist assistant asked for the name of my insurance carrier. I told her and she said they don't provide them for free. I went to the CVS at Towne Lake and they said my insurance DOES give me several tests per month for free and handed them to me. Drive the extra miles to another CVS.
