I used to love this CVS however tonight after receiving a call back about a prescription/insurance issue, the pharmacist or tech forgot to hang up and I heard him talking badly about me, and my medical/insurance situation openly and very loudly to another technician. Definitely not ethical or professional. I have already started the process of changing my pharmacy and CVS needs to give better training on HIPAA laws.

I sat in the drive through without being acknowledged at all. I sat so long I ended up going in and they acted like they didn’t want to serve me. Have Jay Brite,Pharm D Pharmacy Manager work on their customer service. Because in this climate I’d hate to feel ignored for any other reason than you were “busy”

I was able to dispose of old medications. I found gift for my grandson.

OMG...T. Lisa was AMAZING!!! She was patient, pleasant, personable, helpful, engaging and knowledgeable!!!
Your records will show that I am an avid CVS customer. Notably, all of my personable care and OTC needs are purchased from CVS SOLELY!!! T. Lisa, Jackson reference on my receipt, is a fantastic ambassador for your organization. I'm very observant, so i witnesses her display all the above attributes with other customers as well!!!

The store is clean and the staff is friendly. The pharmacy is very very helpful, but there’s definitely a wait time.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a CVS minute clinic. Was scheduled the first patient of the day and still had to wait 20 min til I was called in the office. They couldn’t get enough blood to finish the labs so I had to schedule ANOTHER appt and come back a second time. (Meanwhile I’ve had 2 children and had blood drawn more times than I could count and that has never happened before) Second appt was scheduled a week later, again for the very first appt. They hadn’t even ordered in the lab work so they took another patient in before me. Once that patient was done the staff just chit chatted and took their sweet time while at that point I was 25 min past my appt. I had to leave without even getting my blood drawn because they took so long and I had to get to a work meeting. Will never return to this clinic.

The gentleman at the counter has always been amazing to us. Tonight my baby was in the hospital and they forgot to send 1/2 scripts, he immediately called them and had it ready in less than 20 minutes.

The wait her for dropping off or picking up prescriptions is awful. They also run out of medications a lot which delays getting my prescriptions. The techs are either over worked or they just aren't happy working there. The customer service is lacking.
