I went through this long haired fellow's line and asked him how his day was going. I couldn't believe it when he actually told me instead of making something up. I mean, why should I have to suffer? Then I realized perhaps I shouldn't be looking to store employees for my psychiatric needs, and instead commend them on how quickly they move the line and get me on my way. So thank you, long haired hero that we don't deserve.

I work in retail so I understand when your not having a good day, however the long ponytail gentleman who checked me out was so rude and was annoyed that I asked him to get me a balloon! He always has an attitude and just looks annoyed and bothered. Unacceptable and I definitely will not be coming back!

Amy was extremely rude, I just witnessed another customer walk up and asked for assistance. When she turned around and saw it was an African American woman threw her finger up almost in her face and dismissed her. Did not help the lady at all.

Amy is always extremely rude. I’ve witnessed her treat others with a negative attitude as well. Im very surprised she still has a job in customer service. I’m not sure why she continues working here if she’s this unhappy. There is also a guy with a long ponytail that gives the same rude energy as her. Everyone else is very nice but these two have attitudes all the time. It takes a lot for me to complain but today was the last straw. I won’t ever shop here again.

Amy was extremely rude. I watched as my husband was at the checkout before me and she walked off as if he wasn’t standing there to checkout. I then stood with him for some time before ringing the bell. As she came to the cash register she did not say one single word, no greeting or anything, While ringing up all 40 of our items. She then mumbled our total, it took my husband saying thank you that she then told us have a good day. Not a good way to conduct customer service at all. I will avoid going to this dollar tree at all cost.

Just checked out at 7 pm. I had a sales associate named Amy I guess, she was extremely rude, non friendly and was definitely the worst customer service I ever had.
