Just got home and noticed one of my bags did not make it home. It would be helpful if store employees would be alert to customers with bags and at least call out to them when they see a customer leaving a bag. Also just called the store, and only got a beep, beep. It looks like they are not answering calls.

Very nice store. It is neat and clean and the employees were kind and willing to help. The only negative thing was that it was extremely hot in there. I asked the employee why. They responded that they do not get to adjust the thermostat. I felt really sad for them I would have stayed longer and spent more money if the temperature would have been cool in there. ?

WOW!!!! Been going here for years. I’m a 20yr U.S. Army Combat Veteran and there’s no doubt that this is one of the best dollar trees North GA has to offer. Always full of product and there’s never been an issue with service. The staff there is amazing and very helpful. Bobster is one of the best employees I’ve seen in a long time, he has a very creative mind and has helped me with many DIY projects with his advice and knowledge. Alex and Debra are always making sure the shelves are full and organized. Julie; the store manager, definitely knows what she’s doing, the seasonal section is ready way before the holidays which makes it super helpful for anyone planning ahead. Every one of their cashiers have knowledge of the store and will not hesitate to ask their managers for assistance when needed.

Joanne needs to be in a different line of work. I came in with my THREE year old son who was eating apple slices while in line. He did not cause a scene and was being very well behaved. He started to choke on his apple slice and coughed a bit. The cashier, Joanne, proceeded to put on a mask and make my son and myself feel horrible that he was coughing and not covering his mouth. Literally bullying a child for not covering his mouth as he was CHOKING! Go get a computer job where you have no human interaction… we left our purchase and walked out the door. Lost a customer at this location!

The manager Julie is very rude and not very accommodating to customers or their issues with products and has no customer service skills whatsoever!

I just left this location where I ran in to grab one thing quickly thinking I would be in and out. A customer before me was apparently buying out the entire store in shampoo and conditioner, and the cashier was very very slowly putting boxes together to place everything in. After about 10 minutes and 2 customers behind me putting their stuff down and leaving, I decided to do the same. Upon leaving, the cashier very sarcastically said “bye” and giggled to the customer making the purchase, and then proceeded to bad mouth me for not being patient while I was still right there. This cashier not only should have asked for backup as she could tell customers were filing up the line, but she also should not have been talking about one customer to another in that manner. I was quietly leaving as I didn’t have time to wait, and I put everything back where it belonged. Unprofessional and immature. I won’t be returning to this store.
