The worst customer service I've ever dealt with in my whole life. Trying to get info regarding what we would need to get a rental without a cc and I got 15 different answers nobody picked up from actual location after calling all day so these answers were from corporate all saying different things. They need to hire people that actually know the policy and can give a consistent answer. Left empty handed because my husband's name was on all the bills but I was the one with the debit card. I will never go through enterprise again I've used them several times at the airport. Why do you only need an ID to book a ticket at the airport and only and ID and debit card to get a car at the airport? But for a rental at this location you need paystubs, debit card, 2 bills in your name? And why could I get the same consistent answer after calling the location all day? Garbage don't waste your time just rent from the airport

Set up a pickup with insurance to pick me up at 8am from body shop. No one showed up at 8am, I called multiple times with no one answering phone. Owner of the body shop ended up taking me to enterprise where there were multiple associates just standing around by the phones with no customers. My car had a nasty odor whenever the A/C was on and was not cleaned inside very well.

The customer service was really good but the car they assigned us for the second time was not in good mechanical condition and had a bad cigarette smell.

Things you need to know dealing with Enterprise today. They no longer will pick you up, even if their rental blows up oil all over your painted garage floor. They also will not clean up the mess from their faulty vehicles but they will tow that vehicle and leave you to figure out how to get back to their location to rent another crap car until yours is finished being repaired from a mva. Worth noting, the oil spill wouldn't be as big of a deal to me if I wasn't dealing with accident injuries but I am and I'm on my own with this mess and wasn't helped out in any way to deal with the faulty rental except they towed it. I wasn't allowed to book one over the phone, you have to go in person so when I got an Uber to pick me up and take me to this location, I had a choice between two complete crap cars that weren't even in the galaxy of comparable to my car. I'm disgusted and angry. The wreck was bad enough, the headache this location gave me was beyond what anyone should have to deal with when just renting a car locally. Look into any other rental company.

Great customer service. The staff was so awesome during my time of having the vehicle. Which was a total of about 7 months due to insurance issues from the other driver from my accident. I will definitely go here again for a rental. That Nissan Maxima became apart of the family. We named her Lola...

Look at some place else, please. They did not do anything to accommodate us. The manager doesn't have a clue of what's going on. I do not recommend this place to anyone due to management.

After having decent experiences with this location in the past, it has now gone downhill with inconsistent policies contrary to what is printed on the main Enterprise website. They seem to unevenly apply their own rules and regulations based on the person coming in. Also, they are always understaffed which tells you EVERYTHING you need to know—poor management, toxic work environment, terrible pay and just all around awfulness. I did a quick look on Glassdoor, the whole company seems to be a hospital fire from the top down.Also, they never answer the phone because they're understaffed. So the only way to find out anything is to call Jasper, Woodstock or just show up at this location.Hopefully GDOT condemns this property and takes it by eminent domain or Jesus causes it to burn down one night. It would serve Canton and all of Cherokee County to not have such an abysmal and useless business around.For a much better experience without the nonsense and actually a better price, go to Avis or Hertz. Don't play around with Enterprise and their nonsense.

Really bad. Extra charges that they don’t tell you when you sign up online. Before thanksgiving they gave us a car that was on empty. We go fill it up right next door at Racetrac and the tire and maintenance lights come on. We take it right back and they try to say it’s fine. Then they say they’ll upgrade but they don’t have anything right now. We cancel it, but they didn’t reimburse us for the gas. As far as we are concerned they owe us roughly 33 dollars. Stay away. Multiple other customers were having issues too. Terrible operation here.

It seems like it is their business model now to rent out their vehicles to anyone regardless of reservation. My car was in an accident and needed to be repaired. Called enterprise and they couldn't find the reservation that insurance had made for me. Then when they could find it they had no vehicles and would call me when they did have it. Cue 5 days later received a call from enterprise asking if I wanted to cancel my reservation since I hadn't picked up a car. And I was surprised but went down and got the car. Now I'm trying to return the car and this has become even more annoying than getting the car. I'm trying to call them to clear dropping it off and how that will go at Toyota instead of the enterprise center and they close in 2 hours. No one has answered the phone it's been 10 mins. Last time I called I waited 15 mins before anyone answered. I live over a half an hour from the rental center and the Toyota shop. The least they could do would be answer the phone to tell me how I can give them their car back. Update: now have been waiting 15 mins still no one has picked up. Update: now have been waiting 20 mins still no one has picked up. Update: waited 25 mins and I'm hanging up now. I've made more than enough of an effort to contact them and they are not responding whatsoever. Called again. No one answered for another 20 mins. I have no interest in interacting with their bot review service which won't help me. Instead of asking your customers with bad reviews to go out of their way to help you fix your business just read the actual reviews!!! Google your own company and you'll know what's wrong.

They do not have car at all which I booked a month ago. Lack of communication. They do not even try to check at other near by enterprise location. We need to ask them to check.Very disappointing.
