The people that work here are exceptional. The place is very clean, there is music playing to not make it so "eerie" as I was told. There are trolleys/carts to put your stuff on. It has been a great experience so far other than the fact that I'm moving my stuff and will have to move it again. Ha ha!

This storage unit met all of my expectations. The facility location is convenient, and clean along with superb web price special. The reservation process was flawless and ready for moving when I arrived. Not to forget the courteous greeting I received from rep that was on duty the day I came to the facility to check the size of the storage. Very friendly and answered all my questions and concerns.
Very happy with my choice.

I’ve been with extra space since 2020. Staff has been great. Recently needed to increase unit size, Amanda stopped what she was doing to answer my questions and show me units I might be interested in. They were able to get me a great deal on a larger unit. Would definitely recommend this location.

My experience was fine other than I didn't know 3 months after moving in that I was going from a $24 monthly unit to owing $70 something and it was only a 5'X5' unit. I had to go and request something lower and the guy there said he could lower it to $53, (insurance included) and only possibly for 6 months. I was about out of that 6 months period but found a cheaper unit with a different company. I had no issue with leaving, I was refunded everything but $9 to my credit card when I moved out. I guess they cannot price match, which is a shame. I guess they don't mind losing money in the long term. I guess they will just make it up when someone else needs a unit and they charge them more. The young lady who helped me take care of reversing charges also was kind enough to clean up a mess of glass I made outside when I moved. But I will say the new unit by another company the person running the office is very out going and goes out of the way to even help you move items to win your devotion.
