Overall awful. I had an issue with a Microsoft Surface, where I was not able to switch from one user profile to the other. When I dropped it off, I was convinced to pay the yearly membership fee of $180 because otherwise I'd have to pay $200+ for a diagnostic and Operating System work. I asked the tech if I would have to pay the diagnostic and Operating System work fees if they were unable to fix the computer and he said "No, but I'm 90% confident we'll be able to fix this.", so I signed up for the membership. 4 days later, they call to inform me that they could not complete the repair, and I'm out the $179. If 0 stars was an option, that's what the rating would be.

Highly recommend geek squad in Canton, Ga for all of your tech service needs, their manager Jessie went above and beyond to make sure my repair needs were met on my iPhone.

Ian did an excellent job with my truck amp and subwoofer. It sounds terrific. He's very friendly, down to earth and knowledge. It was a breath of fresh air. I highly recommend the car audio installation center at the BestBuy in Canton, GA.

This Geek Squad was great for years when Brandon was in charge of it. Today they were rude, disrespectful and didn't even try to help and no it was crowded and there was no one in the que!

I had gotten a fake bill that masqueraded as being from the geek squad But the sender was a person's name, so I did not call the number on the flyer but instead looked up Geek Squads number and they confirmed it was a fake and I wouldn't be billed AND they were polite, patient and most helpful.

I had a Pioneer touch screen screen installed in my Toyota Corolla. They did an absolutely amazing job and were super helpful and awesome. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. Highly recommend them!

Had an issue with my HP computer I just bought a couple months ago. Alex helped me. Canton, Ga store. Came back from vacation and it would not charge. I had the same problem with a Toshiba laptop I had. No so fortunate with this one. It was internal with the laptop. Thankfully, it was still covered by the warranty and I received a new laptop. No problems, no issues. Within about 15 mins I was walking out the door with a new laptop. Thank you Geek Squad and Best Buy for the no hassle service. ??

Worst customer service ever by their GeekSquad employee, Natalie. She's rude, condescending, disrespectful and not at all friendly from start to finish. It's a wonder she even has a job honestly. If I were her manager, she would've been fired. Don't even bother going to this location.

Their geek squad is extremely slow even with appointment. After making it to the front of the line for something simple. They will make you comb through 4+ isles reading barcode numbers smaller than my iPhones text that are 20 digits and may be off by just one. After doing that for over half an hour I couldn't find it. Then they told me it was out of stock but previously having said it was in stock???. They can't figure out when it'll be in stock because it just "shows up". Terrible store, terrible stocking, terrible service.

The technicians were saying they don't have much time for me when they arrived. They said they only had time to install and mount one tv when I asked over the phone for them to install two. Then they tried to charge me even more money for the services I paid for over the phone.

Stood in front of the laptops for 10 minutes and no one offered to help. I politely asked a nearby employee if he was available to get a laptop for me (I knew exactly which one I wanted). He responded with "no I'm not a salesperson, you have to go to the front desk and ask for one." I asked the front desk for help and he called over the mic for assistance at the laptops. Stood there for another 10 minutes and no one came, so I left. Won't be returning, will have to order online instead.

Zero customer service. Was told to wait 10 minutes for someone to come show me computers. After 20 minutes I left. 4 Best Buy employees just walk by me. Store is a joke.
