I took my granddaughter's Nissan Altima to get an estimate on some minor body damage. The young lady and gentleman working this day cleaned off the dirt popped back on what had came loose. NO Charge!!
There is a minor dent to be repaired.
I give this place 5 stars.

I highly recommend Gerber collision and glass. Great customer service and great work. I had a small scratch that I wanted repaired so there wouldn't be any issues with rust. I took it to one body shop and they quoted me $1500 for the repair. A friend recommended gerber and I took it there. Brittany fixed it in the parking lot in forty five minutes and refused to charge me.

They have worked on two vehicles for me. Staff is friendly and easy to get a hold of. They worked directly with my insurance company, so it was very easy for me.
They did make one cosmetic mistake while repairing one of my vehicles, but they acted quickly to resolve it, and I was very satisfied with the way they handled the situation.
I would use them again for sure.

Recently, I visited Gerber Collision to get an estimate on a new rear bumper for my 2019 Nissan Frontier as a result of a minor bump from a concrete lamp post which caused my my tailgate to rub each time I opened it. The team at Gerber were able adjust the bumper at no cost and kept me from having to pay for a costly repair. I would highly recommend Gerber to anyone needing auto collision repairs and plan on using them in the future if needed.

Have never experienced such awesome service at a collision repair place in all my many years. Everyone there was amazing and a huge shout out to Matthew who went out of his way to fix a problem that was huge to me but he handled with ease. I recommend them with the highest praise I can give.

Never ever again for being in the good hands network I would NEVER recommend Gerber to anyone . The associates need some training to deal with customers if they were in my place they would have felt the way I felt . My car sat for 3 months and NO ONE could do anything . In the end all they did was total it so they wouldn’t have to deal with it . .
