Will never come back to this place of business. Their business practices are questionable at best and dare I say they take advantage of women. Unfortunately, the effects of their shoddy work are just catching up to us and my husband is livid we have them business multiple times.
First, let me start by saying that the oil change and tire rotation I made an appointment for took 3 hours. They refused to rotate our tires because the tread was too low. It wasn’t a big deal but the free tire rotation was part reason for us choosing Goodyear. Instead, they quoted me overpriced tires. I declined and ended up getting a new set from Mavis a week later.
Even without the tire rotation, I paid for full synthetic oil change plus an additional 3 quarts. The extra 3 quarts cost an additional $30 which was about the cost of the promotion they had running. Except my husband doesn’t think they actually gave us the 3 quarts.
He thinks this because It’s been less than 2.5 months and all of a sudden the truck tells me my oil is low. So my husband checks the oil and
it’s low. He goes to buy MORE oil and says the truck is taking over 3 quarts. Our truck doesn’t have a leak. So we check the invoice to be sure we paid for 8 qts instead of 5.
Not knowing we were allegedly swindled with our truck oil change; in April, we bring our other vehicle to get an oil change. Not only does my husband realize they gave us no sticker on the windshield, he also has to reset car settings.
From the unsatisfactory services provided, the unkept appearance of their waiting area and the questionable mechanical work, my family will not be retuning to this location. They are the epitome of why people give mechanics a bad name.

Justin Woelfle is by far one of the most attention to detail, professional, hard-working, analytical minds, anytime when I need my vehicles worked on whether personal or company, he is the only person that I will trust to touch my vehicle. Corporate, please give this technician some praise and recognition because he deserves nothing less than that!

Brought Jeep to a goodyear mechanic shop. They changed a thermostat for radiator. Left tubes loose now needs fixing. Refuse to fully repair due to their negligence. I will be filing in court. Will update when results known. Do not use this shop at all cost.

Great service from Brian and Paul. They went the extra mile in helping with a major flat tire emergency.

I’d love to give 0 stars, but google won’t allow that one. Came to get my tires balanced and alignment if needed. Got a call from their sales person, Brian, saying I needed rear breaks and an oil change. Fair. Needed to get done. So I said “okay”. He doesn’t bother telling me the price. Dude- I checked out how much the parts would cost at Advanced Auto or NAPA and they charge 3 times the amount. They should be cheaper for parts, technically.
When I show up, my bill that I expected to be $400 was $1050! Brian decided to charge me for lifetime alignments (didn’t ask for that) a break flush (not necessary and didn’t approve), plus the obscene prices for the rear breaks.
I finally got the “lifetime alignments” removed since I’ll never be back. Thanks to having those in the auto industry in my family, I KNOW you don’t need that break flush I paid for.
Brian got his Christmas commission. Never trust these people. They should tell you prices up front. They shouldn’t talk down to you when explaining things (thanks for MANSPLAINING things, Brian. My girl brain must mean I’m still too stupid to understand things, despite my numerous college degrees).
Do NOT go here if you want to have honest and fair service. Go to Christian Bros,Mavis, or C&C!

It's really sad that you go to a place of business that's supposed to be trustworthy and instead you're taken advantage of. My 81yr old Mom trusted them and instead was taken advantage of. If it was possible I would have given them a negative score

To be honest…. at first I was very happy with everything until something continued to go wrong. They replaced the “butterfly flaps” on my turbo, then my check engine light came on because of an air leak… they claimed to have it fixed then 24 hours after picking it up it was back on supposedly it was my oil cap…. now my car won’t shift into sport… it was shifting just fine before I dropped it off.

Great for tires!
I will never give them permission to open the hood of my car again. After asking for an oil change with a tire rotation they held my car for two days with little to no communication. The issue was a broken oil filter cover that they insisted on replacing. That added another $120 to the bill, for no reason. They probably broke the part themselves. When I finally got the car back the engine cover clips had been discarded by their mechanic and the oil cover filter had been damaged (or replaced with a damaged part when they had it in their shop for two days) which threw a check engine light immediately as I drove away. I took it to my trusted mechanic and paid another $600 to fix their shoddy work.
In fact, I don't think I'll go back to this Goodyear location for tires again either.

Service is excellent. I bought my tires from Costco but I bought a 3 year rotate, balance, and alignment Goodyear. These guys have been taking care of my vehicle for years. I would not go anywhere else when it comes to tire care.

These people lie about their wait times. You make an appointment just for them to still take 3 hours to change a light bulb socket, they reviewed my car 2 days before and said they would have to order the part, just for me to get here for the repair and now they are saying they need to order a light to fit the socket and that will take another 45 min to arrive for them to finish the repair.. They should have been able to figure out what light is compatible with the light socket they were installing when they first looked at the parts and diagnosed the issue. Please don't waste your time or money here.
