Worst haircut I’ve ever received. Only said two words to me. I think she must be going through it cause she stepped away a couple times to look at her phone. Hope whatever she’s going through gets better. Everyone else that’s cut my hair here has been great.

Shannon (sorry if misspelled) was amazing today!! My pixie cut can be complex for some and it isn't often I get someone who can get it right. She listened to exactly what I wanted done and did not disappoint. Will be asking for her every time now!

I confess, I was apprehensive about going to a discount hair cutting shop for the first time. But after seeing multiple very good cuts a friend received over several months and various GC stylists, I decided to give it a shot.
Gretchen was amazing! I got a precision cut that I think was actually better than the pricey stylist I went to the time before. And I loved the no fuss, no must process. Gretchen spritzed my hair with water, asked me a few questions, and worked her magic in a flash.
She did such a great job that even when I don't spend much time fixing my hair (honestly, most of the time!), it still looks presentable, as the layers fall into place.
I know some ladies love getting pampered when they get their hair done. But I'm not one of them! I just like to get it done and go so this experience was perfect for someone like me!
To top it all off, the cost of the haircut was a third of what I paid at the full service shop I went to last time. With such a low cost, one can - and should - provide a generous tip to an excellent stylist like Gretchen. 😀

First off, me and my husband came in and he had a great experience. His haircut was done the exact way he needed and I wish I could remember her name! On the other hand my stylist was awful! I told her what I needed and despite the fact that it had been a year since I have done anything to my hair; my stylist decided to critique more on what my hair looked like than actually taking care of it and giving me what I wanted. So beyond upset. But want to thank the lady doing my husbands hair!Service: Haircut

Good place to get a haircut. Lots of different folks working there, so never get the same person. Overall fast and reasonably priced. Have an option to set place inline ahead of going in, which saves time.

Checked in on app with 50 minute wait, received text at 4:59 pm saying I’m up in 15 mins and to head to salon. Arrived at 5:18 pm and was removed from list. Stylist defensively saying they have nothing to do with it and I’m automatically removed after an hour.

If I could give less than one star, I certainly would! My 91 year old mother went in to the salon for a haircut. She waited about 30 minutes while 4 other customers that came in after her were served. I realize these could have been online appointments but why would a walk-in not be worked into the rotation? There is a large sign outside the door stating "walk-ins welcome". Clearly this is not the case. My mother has been a client of this location for many years. This was treatment was very disappointing.
