Staff is always knowledgeable and friendly and the prices are hard to beat. I have heard good things about their sockets, Bremen pliers, bits, and other such tools and haven't had problems with them yet after a few months of hard use.

You can smell the testosterone when you walk in the place ...such a dude store! Ha! I can always find a gift for a guy in here. Took my grandson for a "dad" gift.Gotta say, the check out girl (with multi colored hair) was really super nice. Actually, every time I've been in here, the customer service people have been really helpful and nice.

Almost always have everything in stock and their online inventory seems accurate. The few staff/cashiers that I’ve dealt with have been super helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. I can honestly say this is my favorite HF of the 3 I frequent.

Excellent staff and managers. These people have genuinely the best customer service you'd expect. Always plenty of selection, and if something goes wrong, they will replace it instantly. Highly recommend to any tool collector.
