Before I forget I wanted to write a review for this place, but I need to add the 2 names later that helped me.
These guys rock. I was in trouble, and on my way to the airport when my car started having some issues. I know jiffy lube isn't a mechanic shop but these guys were super knowledgeable and were over the top helpful and nice.
They really went out of their way to help me
Get back on the road and catch my flight for a family vacation. I owe all the fun we had to them, because I would have been lost and late.
Thanks guys, you honestly were super hero's that day and I can tell you enjoy what you do. Your knowledge is unmatched and you deserve more than just a review!

Easy and extremely quick experience. In and out in less than 20 minutes and that included a car wash after the oil change.

Gave me $10 off for my first visit, & a free Bronze wash at Mr. Clean across the way. Gave me advice on where to go for other issues on my truck that they could have technically “fixed”, but they didn’t want to skimp. The people that are here currently are good people. Would recommend.

Just got our oil changed and a few service details on our Lincoln. This place has really stepped up. It is cleaner and definitely under new management. Our questions were answered, and our price was fair. Knowledgeable technician - that is rare is these quick lube places. We will definitely be back!

Oil Change buyer beware. In November 2022 we had our oil change completed at Jiffy Lube. Six months later, we went back for another oil change but they were out of synthetic oil. We went down the street to another oil change place and they said they wouldn’t do it because the oil plug was over torque and the oil pan was caved in. Toyota was able to do the oil change but said we needed a new oil pan at $660 installed. We went back to Jiffy Lube and filled out a Damage Incident Report where the manager put in writing on the report the technician who did our oil change in 2022 was fired after a week. After providing Jiffy Lube pictures of the damage and other requested information, they declined the claim. We had to go to Small Claims Court to get Jiffy Lube to submit the claim to their insurance company and pay us to have it repaired at Toyota. They never once said they were sorry.

It was my first and my last time trying to get an oil change at this location. First, I called their general phone# to make sure they have the oil and the filter for my vehicle. The phone representative transferred me to the local Canton attendant, who told me they have it available. Upon my arrival, a very unfriendly attendant made a sarcastic comment to me when I was trying to park the car correctly at their old looking location. Later, he told me that they did not have the filter for my car. I asked him: who is answering their local phone#…his answered: he did not know…nor seem to care about it, and obviously did not apologize for the inconvenience.Tip: Please coach your staff to be friendly, efficient and take responsibility!
