The smell in here needs to be addressed in a bad way. There are multiple reviews saying this, and they still have yet to address it. People can't enjoy food when they're smelling whatever that foul smell is.

This location has not had AC in well over a year. Even today in December, it was too warm in there. It also often smells badly. But today, the smell was horrible and unbearable: sewage and garbage. The ice machine is also broken. all of this is obviously an owner problem. Please, out of respect for your staff and our community, it’s time to properly maintain your location. The staff here is always so friendly and working hard. It amazes me that they work in these conditions.

I left after lunch and forgot my purse full of cash and credit cards and the kind young man working there noticed and came to my vehicle and brought it to me before I left. Being that I live 40 minutes away, I greatly appreciated his efforts. He is a great young man who has been brought up right.

sandwich turned out good, but like other comments. this place is so unclean. if i was in the area i would avoid specifically because the smell & the staff was rude. very concerned if my food is even cleaned correctly..

This was my third attempt with this location. Employees have been rude and unreliable. Inside is cluttered and dirty. Curbside pickup is also unreliable.

Walked in and was politely greeted by two ladies. I ordered my lettuce wrap to go and it was prepared promptly. Good service!

they have some dude with "skater" hair shaking his hair to the side every few seconds directly over the sandwhiches being made. There is no hairnet is being work. that's absolutely disgusting.

I'm not much of a Yelp reviewer but I couldn't let this one go. I've been to this location a few times and when walking in there has almost always been a mop bucket with smelly black water at the front of the store right next to the counter. The entire place reeks of stinky old mop water. I brought it up at one point only to have the manager shrug it off like it was no big deal. I honestly don't think I could sit down and eat in the place because of the smell. The smell was prevalent this time as well...it hits you as soon as you walk in the door. The smell reminds me of a poorly cleansed gas station bathroom. Anyway...the smell amazingly enough isn't the main reason for this review. Typically when I go to Jimmy Johns I get a giant sub because I eat half the day I buy it and will have the other half for lunch the next day. Well...I won't be eating the second half this time around. The 3rd bite into my sandwich and what do I find? A 2 foot long black hair! It may even be longer but I can't bring myself to dig into the other half to see if more hair is in the other half of the sandwich. There is nothing worse that pulling a hair out of your food...until that hair is in your mouth in one bite and still attached to the rest of the sandwich. I literally gagged to the point of vomiting in my garbage can...which is exactly where the rest of that sandwich went. Not a single employee was wearing a hairnet of any kind and long loose hair is probably not the best idea when preparing food. I spent over $20 on this sandwich...I could have done without the disgusting bonus included with my purchase. I won't be back to this location again and will probably opt for the Chipotle next door or the Jersey Mike's across the street. I will be calling corporate today to notify them of my displeasure with this location and the beyond poor experience I had with the food prepared there in. Find another place to spend your money...if the smell of the place doesn't have you running for the door then the food will have you running for the bathroom.

Went in for lunch 7/22. Food was great, but the entire place smelled of old rags and BO. The lady behind the counter making sandwiches looked like she was in her pajamas. Nothing on her person showed she was a JJ's employee. The smell was a huge turn-off. Probably won't be back.

Terrible service!! walked in ordered my sandwich didn't put anything I asked for. Person making my sandwich looked me dead in my face and didn't fix my sandwich how I asked. Had to ask for it to be cut after ordering it to be cut and it clearly showed no one wanted to help me with that.
