The folks at Keziah's Collision Center were absolutely amazing. After my daughter's car accident, I was not sure what to do first.
Danny was very kind and considerate, and even agreed to meet with me the morning I called, despite the fact that he was closing down the shop early for a holiday weekend. They made the process so easy, kept me informed of the progress and did an incredible job on the car. I highly recommend both the work & the customer service. Great experience.

After hitting a deer, a friend recommended this company. Turns out they are a preferred provider by my insurance company. Keziahs''s contacted me several times to let me know where my vehicle was in the repair process. Upon picking up my car, it had not only been repaired it was washed and cleaned. My car was literally better than before my accident. I love these folks.

They provided exemplary customer service from the quote to pick up.My daughter and I were greeted by two wonderful dogs to play with. The staff is terrific. Mr. Keziah provided a realistic timeline for my parts (weeks to a month). He was very knowledgeable about the rental car policy through my car insurance, which I greatly appreciated.During my vacation, the rental car company called and explained that my insurance company said I had to return the rental car because my vehicle was ready for pickup. I told my insurance company I was out of town for Christmas, and the shop was closed on the weekends, but they did not care. My car insurance company told me I had to pick up my vehicle during the holiday regardless, or I would be responsible for the rental car.Keziah’s Collision Center came to my rescue. They suggested they have an employee meet me on their off day and gave me their cellular phone. I am grateful they extended their days of operations to help me. Knowing someone listened to the problem and devised a solution felt great.I picked up my vehicle with the best car detailing ever. I suggested they open a car detail service. I highly recommend them for your vehicle repairs and would be honored to be used as a future reference.

Spoke with a pleasant lady on the phone , but once we arrived, we were met with the nastiest, un-gentelman like older man . He seemed unable to hold a civil conversation. He glared through the office window, never leaving the office, and proceeded to tell us the cost would most likely be over $8000 dollars. We felt , at that point, so embarrassed. The entire time wondering how this guy is still in business. If you're a woman, don't bother , you barley get past the door before the guard dog attacks.
