Attendant was pre-occupied and even though I entered my Kroger shoppers number before paying, he handled the transaction incorrectly and I didn’t get any fuel points

This Kroger lost a good customer today. We have spent literally thousands there since moving to the area 5 years ago. I had a problem with some lottery tickets I purchased there being that they would not register as valid. After making 4 trips back to the store to try to resolve the issue and getting shuffled around and put off, I was told that the store leader had been told about the problem and his response was that it was up to me to call the GA lottery to get it straightened out. I asked to speak to him and was told he was in a meeting with a strong indication that he didn't want to see me. There is much, much more to this story but the bottom line is: for $10 worth of lottery tickets, they lost a very good customer. When I mentioned this to the woman working in customer service, she just shrugged as if to say: "oh well". Not her problem. In my opinion this could have been easily resolved and think they showed a huge lack of managerial skills dealing. I hate to change to Publix because Kroger is much more convenient but it is the principle.

When self-checking out I noticed one of the specials did not deduct the savings amount. I ask the clerk about it and he said to go to customer service but was also told he might still be on break? I stood there 10 minutes along with another consumer until what appeared as a manager asked what we needed. He sent me back to self-check out where the clerk corrected the error. Apparently he was relatively new and didn't realize he could handle the mistake. However, while standing at customer service the telephone rang maybe 5 times and was never picked up. Perhaps the auto attendant eventually did but it was annoying to stand there and listen to ring constantly. My first question is why have customer service if there's no one there? If you take a break where's the fill-in? This is a good store and employees are extremely nice and helpful. I just believe it's managerial direction that not working.

I go to this Kroger every Monday. I've never had a problem with this store until here recently, there is only a few employees who work here that are actually really helpful and want to work. one of your employees named Rosetta I believe is her name, is a very nasty lady. She is very rude and you can tell she doesn't want to work. When me and my mom needed help at a self checkout she made faces and acted like it was too much to ask to do her job that she's being paid for, she acts like she is so high and mighty over everybody else which is very unacceptable. overall this store is good price wise and when it comes to availability of items, they always have what I need.

I love shopping at this Kroger, not just because it's near my home and convenient, but also because the staff is very welcoming and helpful. There is someone always willing to help and they do so with a smile. There is a great selection overall, I've never not found something at this store. The store is clean, the produce is fresh and prices competitive.

It's not the nicest gas station in the area, but if you have your Kroger points it's definitely the cheapest. Despite being behind glass the staff is always friendly.

Pumps are quick and simple to use. If you are a Kroger customer you receive a discount which varies based on your purchases. The one confusing practice is if you are traveling any appreciable distance and you pass several Kroger stations there will typically be a big variation in price. Some type of hand sanitizer available would be a welcome addition.

I go to this Kroger all the time and there is a manager or supervisor there that is constantly snapping at employees and getting in their faces. I have been going there for years and it is always the same guy with a mean look on his face. The cashiers there are always nice but I don't want to go to this business anymore when this man is there

I don't like writing bad reviews but just spent 25 minutes at the self check-out scanning $200+ worth of groceries because the 20-something woman who is supposed to be running a register/tobacco counter wasn't there when I finished shopping and rolled up on the cash registers. She reappeared about 10 minutes into my work, my work that the company paid someone to do but I physically completed... Along with her a manger appeared and chatting up The Team (store full of folks chatting and some shoppers) before their stock shift began (but didn't come over to try any customer service). This was in the 9pm hour. Not like it's after midnight and I should expect this kinda garbage. It will definitely be a long, long, long time before I give this location another chance. If I had just driven up the street in the 9 o'clock hour the Publix staff would have even asked me if they could take my groceries out to my vehicle and load.

Diesel pumps are insanely slow. Always. Not just a one time issue. Not coming here anymore. You tell attendant and nothing ever changes.

This is the closest and most convenient grocery store to me. However, wish Publix was closer. The quality of product in produce, in my opinion, is marginal at best. Fresh herb rack is often empty or close to it. Cucumbers and roma tomatoes are often quite soft. Broccoli is rubbery and not firm. They may have changed the look, but the quality is still lacking. Looks like they are the last stop for the produce truck.

Good place to get gas. Prices are normally cheaper than others but it is really difficult to maneuver around the place due to the poor location in relation to the parking lot and main road. Not really a good solution to this problem though.
