Tip of the hat today (Memorial Day) to Kroger. As I was checking out this morning, cashier Sandy at the Kroger on Marietta Highway in Canton asked if I had served in the military. I replied that I had. She asked which branch, etc. Then she told me that I would receive a discount today for my service. Quite different from the reception veterans received back in the late '60s and early '70s when military personnel were returning from Vietnam.

I go to a ton of krogers throughout the week and this is one of my favorite ones for the quality of their sushi. Not only is the quality great, but the way the rolls and bowls are prepared, you can see the time and effort put into it. The varieties of the different rolls you can choose from. Even vegetarian options. This store also keeps a clean deli area/hot bar area. They serve different stuff every day. They take care of their grab and go deli meat area. You can tell they actually package their meats and cheeses fresh everyday. They take time and put paper in between the cheese slices so they don't stick together. The store manager is super kind and helpful. I dont have to question what I'm getting from this location.

Too many rotten food items on sale here. Pretty please just remove them from your stock , instead of mixing them with the good and calling it a sale

i was at self-checkout 4/22 @ 1:30
the employee at self-check out stands over you the entire time you’re ringing up your items
it is very uncomfortable and strange
she does it every time i come in there
and based on the reviews, im not the only person that has experienced that
if she does it again i will file a formal complaint with corporate
its bad enough we have to ring up our own groceries but to feel stalked by someone in your personal space is reaching a bit too far!

Nice selection and specials are priced well. Normal pricing is only fair. They have a reduced pricing structure in overripe vegetables and aging bread products.

I rarely shop at Kroger, but decided to go shopping this weekend and everything that I was looking for I found any I even found specials, which is rarely to find at other places so I’m happy. I’ll definitely continue to shop at Kroger.

Horrible service in the deli. Was the only one there just wanting to pick up one thing and the guy told me I would have to wait while he does other orders. .. 5 mins later, i decided to walk away. Never again will I go anywhere but Publix
