Went to store on 2 occasions with a special order request for chocolate milk which is still available in a warehouse as per kroger corporate, however store never has it in stock. I was advised to contact management and make a special request about it. Spoke to 2 different managers one week apart about the same thing and I left all contact details for them to get back to me and on both occasions nobody bothered to get back. It has been now over 2 weeks so I am not bothered anymore to go to this kroger location even though it is just around the corner, I will rather travel to one further from my home for my groceries as these people do not care!

After a long drive from Greenville, SC to Canton...it was nice to be able to go to a clean, organized location to pick up some last minute necessities. So glad they are open until 11pm.

I have been shopping at this Kroger since the first day it opened.Been thru many managers of the store and all the departments .This is a great store, everyone there is friendly and helpful.The deli is the best it has ever been and ALL the people there are just great and extremely customer satisfaction oriented under the leadership of the new Deli manager, Destiny, who has brought new personnel and new products and services to to the deli dept. making it a pleasant place filled with a huge variety of products and services to shop for your family.They go above and beyond in trying to please all customers.If you haven’t tried it, do yourself and your family a favor and stop by for some great food and a pleasant experience !!!You can’t get better service anywhere !!!

I have to give a shout out to Josh and Destiny in the deli at Kroger store number 680. They are so friendly and always say hello and ask how the family is doing. They make sure they have my German bologna in stock. They know how much my grandson loves it. They both will go above and beyond to make the customers happy.

It’s the best grocery store in the Canton area. The only thing better are the larger Kroger in Milton and Alpharetta with a larger selection of luxury and vegetarian items.

I love this store but I am tired of being followed and approached by people that are trying to get me to sign up for a Kroger credit card while I am shopping. If I want a credit I will sign up for one using one of the thousands of flyers about them that I get in the mail. People bothering you in the store is annoying.

This was my first time shopping at this Kroger. Everything was very organized and easy to locate, and all the employees I spoke to appeared friendly. One of them in particular, Ari, was extremely kind and helpful.
