Had a great experience today at LabCorp. Barry T. at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. My technician Meisha was an excellent phlebotomist. She got my vein on the first try and it barely even hurt. There was no wait, even though I didn't have an appointment. The facility was clean. I don't ever plan to go back to Quest again!

I made an appointment online, once I arrived it was super simple and efficient to check in. After I got in Danielle went above and far beyond to assist me. Turns out they don't draw blood for the kit I had. But she made sure I was able to find where to go. She could have just said no and good luck but instead she was a problem solver. I will definitely use this place in the future and recommend highly to anyone. Again thank you for your kindness and assistance.

Great experience here. Glenda was so friendly, supportive, and caring. I appreciated the extra care she put into helping me rather than just getting me in and out!

I share somewhat of same issues with this location. For the last few times my labs never go into my portal until I send emails and/or call them. Also my last visit they drew the wrong labs and now I have to worry if my insurance will cover them again at such a close interval and has caused a delay in a very specific treatment, I need a baseline set of labs before I start the medication. The phlebotomist was fine and did a good job:

They were excellent when getting bloodwork for my 1.5 yr old. He went to another Labcorp last week and they were unsuccessful, so I wanted to bring him to another one to see if they were better, and I’m glad I did! Nice facility, friendly staff, and easy to get to. I definitely recommend 😊

I had a great experience at this location. They were nice and very professional. Took my blood with zero issues and zero discomfort...
BUT it has been 3 weeks and have not been able to get my results. I have sent 3 emails. 1 wasn't responded to. The other 2 only asked me my first name and my phone number.... Which I find interesting since they addressed the email to my first name AND had my phone number listed in the body of their email.
I had lab tests done due to some health related concerns and to not get the results back within the time frame they gave to me is tough to deal with. I have doctors waiting and this has just pushed back my treatment even further.
I have found getting in touch with someone is next to impossible.

Normally my experience is one of the staff being efficient and timely. This visit was not that from opening the doors pass 8AM to the person drawing blood causing pain and bruising. I was stuck 4 times and needle being manuevered in my arm searching for a vein. I am not sure how the location is staffed but I was not pleased with this experience.

I’d give zero if I could, the lady at the front desk was disgustingly rude, and was no help at all! I was pointed to get lab work done and have always done it here, turns out my order was filed somewhere else which I wasn’t aware of (had to find out by her saying I don’t know maybe call them cause I need this IMMEDIATELY, atrocious)! This lady was absolutely disgusting in the way she conducted herself with her snarky attitude and rude comments going out the door, lucky she’s in a lab because with those bedside manners she wouldn’t make it far anywhere else. Try treating people with respect and kindness, don’t Be disgusting. Maybe you should look into other positions because this isn’t for you sweetheart

Glenda was very rude and showed zero effort to assist. No human to human interaction here, these folks clearly hate their job and take it out on customers. Would not recommend this facility for anything.

My wife had an order from her doctor to go to LabCorp for bloodwork. We have a balance with LabCorp and we pay them $100 a month automatically charge to our credit card when my wife got there. They demanded $650 from my wife otherwise they would not provide any service to her, my wife called me. I said that we pay $100 a month it automatically deducted to our credit card and which the receptionist got on the phone and told me if I can’t prove that they are not going to provide any service to my wife, I’m at work. I don’t have my paperwork it’s at home , they can’t look it up in their computer system but yet they can tell me I have a balance. I bet they don’t do this with illegal aliens. I bet you they get all the blood. They need
