He not only knows the sport expertly, but is a real natural when it comes to customer service, and quite friendly.The thought of having your balls drilled (and even polished!) by someone may not appeal to you, but Steve is superb at making your visit a positive experience. My son developed an interest in bowling in Dec 2022. We knew absolutely nothing about the sport and one call to Steve gave us all the information we needed to proceed with his first ball & bag. Steve was patient and kind on that first phone call and has remained so. Our son thinks the world of him. Since then, Steve's drilled several balls for us among other things, as we go up in weight & quality, and has helped my son through his first league experience. Our interest in the sport has only increased, in no small part, thanks to Steve. Are we ever grateful for that first call back in December!

Stephan is awesome! Super friendly and really knows his stuff. A friend of mine recommended I go see him after he bought a ball and I’m so glad I did. I told him exactly what I was trying to accomplish and he gave me honest recommendations on new equipment and then spent the time needed to make sure it was a custom fit to me and my style. I walked out of his shop, immediately got a lane and rolled 4 strikes in a row! Can’t ask for anything better!
