Was great when new, has changed hands several times, every change service in all area's just keep getting worse. No one at the inside counter, now have to pay $40 wash to get faster service, or wait behind a line of cars, because there were only two lines of service operating. NEVER GO THERE!

Today's service was excellent. The new manager introduced himself and welcomed new back. Hustling and efficient crew.
Update on July 18th. I am still satisfied with Mr. Clean's service and friendliness. I am greeted at the check-in as they recognize me and my car. I am on the monthly plan and it is great if you wash more than twice a month. Manager Mike runs a happy shop.

I been coming here for years and they always did an excellent job cleaning my car until today . I go head a tip this teenage boy to specifically vacuum my baby’s chair and he didn’t . The inside of the car didn’t look vacuum either . Got home and did it my self

This place was such an over-priced disappointment. I was told their best guys were working when I arrived for a full interior detail, including shampoo, of my sedona. My husband had transported wet mulch in our van, and it stank! After 2 hours of service, I arrived to pick up the van. The mats still smelled, so they said they would clean then again for me to pick up at a later time. I left the windows down for the remainder of the day as directed. Once the mats were picked up we left them out to dry as well. The next day the van and the mats smelled of mildew. We left windows down all day, as well as mats in the sun. With no change in smell, we returned to the car wash and requested a remedy. They used some "O2" chemical, and sent my husband home after 1 hr of waiting. We left windows down as directed. Now the van smells of a mix of mildew and strong chemicals that has lasted a week. It is so strong and after paying $330+ I am furious! Also- I will include the horrible job of cleaning my interior windows. It was impossible for me to see out of them this morning due to the haze they left when they "cleaned" the van. You have been warned. It isn't worth it! UPDATE: although the company posted a response on here, upon following up, I have received zero correspondence.

Very over priced and untrustworthy. They failed to put my bag back in my car thag has my specialty jack and wheel lock key for mini cooper . Now I can't Even anyone to answer the phone to get it back from them. They simple stole it from me . I can't even get my brakes done without that key !!!!!!

I came in for a car wash and detail, and a grandchild had thrown up on the floor and the seat on one area that was $25 extra just to clean that seat and shampoo the format
The rest of the car was it needed a good wipe down, vacuuming, etc..
I paid $125 for this service and before I even left the bay I had to ask for their cloth and wipe down some areas they missed and some crumbs on the backseat
Noticed other areas that had been left undone
Close to perfection in regards to vacuuming and wiping down my vehicle, so I am less than happy. I specially told them to pay attention to vacuuming between the seat and the console on the floor and cleaning the seatbelt holders which they did not do
I have tried to call them and I sent an email to their contact on the website. I was on hold for a long time and I finally hung up.

I was disappointed. I paid for the Platinum service which includes interior detail. However when I checked my car I pointed out the floor in the Front had not been vacuumed. The cup holder was not wiped out.

I took my wife's car for oil change, tire rotation and car wash on New Year's Eve. The oil change went fine. However, during the tire rotation one of the tech's snapped at least one of my wheel studs and what should have been an hour or so visit turned into a 6+ hour visit. The only compensation offered at the time was a future detail when I expected to at least have been reimbursed the charges for the services. Given how late they were finished, the car wash was shut down and I did not receive it. Once they were done I inspected and noticed that I was still missing a stud. They claimed it was already missing/broken when I came in and that they broke a different stud. Unable to verify either their claim or mine, I left and immediately returned as there was severe groaning/grinding noises coming from the car. Turned out they had failed to tighten the lug nuts. There were still noises after I left so I went straight home, making the decision to take the car to our regular mechanic on the next open day (2 Jan).
Dropped it off and explained what happened. Got a call later that day that said all of the studs had been cross-threaded and it didn't look like any had been replaced. They explained the procedure for replacing studs on that vehicle which involved a press to remove the bearing as that must be removed to replace the stud without risking more damage.
Ultimately this cost me just under $1000 for repairs. I returned to discuss with the manager and while they did reimburse $96 for the service, they refused to compensate for the repairs, claiming anyone could have crossthreaded the studs, despite the car essentially going from Mr. Clean to my mechanic.
Definitely would recommend you go somewhere else for service on your car.
