General manager, Tim, who works there is absolutely amazing. One of the nicest interactions I’ve had at a mechanic shop. They definitely take care of friends and family and make you feel like one of them.

Tim the store manager is as rude as can be.
I got tires delivered for install. Due to some issues at the local Mazda dealer, the dealer said they would install them for me to make it easier.
I picked up the tires Friday night, and explained to them I will not need the install. The gentleman (NOT TIM) was very nice at pickup.
Today, Sunday where I had my original appointment, I was left a very rude voicemail from Tim the store manager who seemed very confused and flustered about his day.
If this is how customers are treated, I’ll never come back. Stay away from here. Mavis off Marietta HWY is always polite.

This was our first time using Mr. Tire Auto Service Center in Canton, GA, and they did not disappoint! It was a great pleasure to meet and work with Tim (Manager) and his team of skilled technicians. We custom ordered tires online and we chose Mr. Tire among several local installer options that were offered to provide the install service required. This Mr. Tire location demonstrated honesty, transparency, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. This is a gem of a local tire business. The customer service was fantastic. We highly recommend Mr. Tire Auto Service Center in Canton, GA to anyone needing tires or other auto services. Thank you, Tim and your team for the great experience. It was recognized and appreciated, and we will gladly return when a future need arises.

WORST tire changing shop I’ve ever been to. The customer service is terrible. I brought my truck up there to get a tire fixed and they cross threading my lug and strip my stud on my wheel. The only reason I even found out was because the stud broke going down the road and now I have to get a whole new rim.

NEVER get a tire fixed here. I came to this shop because I had a nail in my tire and I didn’t have my tools to plug it. Turns out they don’t plug tires, they ruff up the inside to stick a patch on there. Unfortunately they don’t have enough knowledge or common sense to know when to stop grinding down the tire for there to still be enough thickness on the tire tread. Anyways, a day later the patch fails and I try to plug it for it to be too flimsy and thin for the plug to hold tightly and the tire is now unusable. If that was all it would still be enough to never go back. The other thing they did was strip my stud and destroy my lug nut by cross threading it and not caring and just running it down the stud leaving me with 1 less stud, 1 less tire, and 1 less lug nut. The manager or owner ion the shop is a complete douche and wasn’t helpful in the slightest.

I pulled with a tire that the belt broke in.I was with my children and dog.I understood that they only had 2 worker's and didn't mind to wait.They told me an hour and they got to me as fast as they could.I asked the one worker though if I should go across the road or if he could put air in tire, just so I would mess up my wheel.He told me they would be able to get to me
Almost an hour later, they got to me.I then learned my husband took out my jack and tool needed to get my spare down from the rear of my truck.They didn't have a multi tool in their shop( that is my only complaint here) and I didn't want an odd tire.The man was nice enough to put air in my tire for me then to go across the road.
Now, they need worker's, so if you are a mechanic, this is where you could apply.They also need to have a multi tool in the shop, especially since they are a tire shop.Other than that, no complaints.

I went to Mr. Tire very late in the day with a tire with 3 nails in they took me in regardless of closing time after other tire stores turned me away. They replaced all 4 tires & I have since returned for oil change & tire rotation. Excellent service! Great experience was in & out in under an hour! Highly recommend them, my new Favorite place Mr. TIRE Canton!
