I’ve been coming here for a while, but unfortunately the service has gotten progressively worse. I made an appointment for 4:00pm for my 10-year-old to get an SNS removal and manicure. They didn’t even get started until 4:30pm, and when I asked about the manicure, I was told there wasn’t enough time to do it…even though it was part of the appointment I booked.
On top of that, there’s nowhere to sit inside. I had to stand outside while my daughter was inside getting her nails done, which is really unacceptable for a parent waiting.
This decline in service is exactly why I started going elsewhere, but we had no other option today since she needed her nails removed for cheer. Unfortunately, this visit confirmed why I stopped coming here.

Do not come here. I came to get a French set and all the polish started peeling off less than 48 hours later. I glazed over the fact that the base of the nail color is different colors on different nails (some are pink some are nude) but I can’t walk around with my polish peeling off when I had to be charged all the extras for shape(that I already had) and design. I came in the get them fixed and the “manager” said that it’s normal for this to happen. I’ve never experienced this or seen gel polish peel off my acrylics starting the same day I get them done. Would’ve appreciated them taking ownership for lack of quality instead of saying this is normal to happen bc it’s definitely not lol. Will NOT be coming back

Got an infection because the old lady kept trying to cut out ingrown toenails, which o did not want. I asked her twice to remove my old nail polish I guess she didn’t understand bc she never did 😕 not my first time there but it will definitely be my last!

Been here for almost 6 years tried several places or i had to wait and go to Gwinnet when visiting folks and finally!!!!! The only place around woodstock/canton that has nail techs who speak English and they do not gossip about other people's nails. .. they are very respectful!!!!
All of them are wonderful and you can tell they have good service because the place is always full 😉 good job to the owners John and his wife 👏🏾 👍🏾 😀 Phill does a good job on the airbrush!!!
