Dove an hour to the location. Drop-off was easy. Quoted 1 hour 15 to 1 hour 30. Seemed fair as I had 3 totes. Upon pickup (1 hour 30 later, within time quote) I was paid $42 for a full smaller blue tote worth of clothes picked. After getting home and opening the re zip tied totes to inventory, all of the clothes under the first 5 to 10 articles still in tote, were exactly how I had them (stacked flat into piles. They were not looked at and replaced). They did not go through and review all of items. They filled a blue tote from items at the top of each tote and called it done. It was not an issue of being busy, there were at least 5 or 6 employees behind the counter with an occasional customer at the register. I will not be visiting this location again. Other locations actually go through the clothes customers are looking to sell and pay higher prices for items.

Warning: Will not be returning due to the awkward stare-downs from a lady with a super buzz cut. Instead of addressing any issues like an adult, she decided to have a full-on stare-down contest.
If you’re thinking of bringing your kids here, don’t bother. The environment is uncomfortable, and the lack of basic communication from staff makes it worse.
Replying back: Thank you for taking the time to respond. While I appreciate your effort to address my concerns, I want to clarify that my discomfort during the visit wasn’t just about how I felt—it stemmed from the actions of your staff. The repeated, intimidating stares from a staff member made the environment unwelcoming, which is disappointing for a store that prides itself on being friendly and welcoming.
I am seriously sorry that I had to experience that behavior. As a customer, I value clear and respectful communication, and I believe situations like these could be resolved more effectively through direct interaction rather than unnecessary intimidation.
I hope my feedback helps you identify areas where communication and interaction with customers can be improved. Thank you for taking this into consideration.

My favorite once upon a child! So clean and organized. It’s not overwhelming like some of the stores I’ve been to. The staff are so wonderful as well!

The staff at this Canton location were beyond awesome!!! They helped me by answering any questions that I had and were super polite and respectful to me. It made my day!! Will visit again soon. I just love the prices and quality at Once upon a child. 5 stars!!!!!

Kids go through close so quickly, so I hate spending full price for anything. I shop at this once upon a child monthly. The staff is fantastic and I always find what I’m looking for!

Beyond in love with this store. In between the great atmosphere, friendly staff, or amazing prices I’m not sure what there is more to love. I have been welcomed into their open arms since I was 8 weeks pregnant , and have never had an issue or negative experience. Great on timing and very knowledgeable about what is in their store or style.
Our small town stores are what keep America going, thankful this one is so close to home ❤️

Editing to respond to the owner: While yes, I was informed of the time ahead of time, I did not realize it would be a two hour wait for $20 out of an entire large bag of clothing. While I have not sold with this exact branch, I have sold to the franchise before. I did not receive any further "explanation" like you claim. Rather I was told the reason for passing was stains and then pressed to buy more items from your store while I was there. There were also plenty of items in there that were near identical to items currently on your store shelves. This company is not worth the time or effort to sell clothes. They also really aren't worth the price for anything past infant body suits. I walked two stores down to Ross and got pants for my young son brand new name brand for $1 more than the price they were asking for used subpar quality clothing.
It took them 2 hours for them to pick just a couple of items out of a bag of clothing to buy for $20. Claiming they passed on everything else because of stains despite 95% of them being new, unused, and unstained. The items they picked were the worst quality ones in the bag. Absolute waste of time.

Brought in a bunch of things to sell and got them back damaged. Thank you for breaking the zipper on my pack n play.
