They used to be so great and helpful, but their new hires have ruined their business. Started losing prescriptions, refusing to fill others, and the phone clerk would ask me every time I called what was wrong with me that I "refused to" come in and fill my own prescriptions... I'm disabled, I don't have a choice but to call. It's unreal that a business catering to disabled, ill, and elderly ppl calling daily would be treated this way. They have a delivery service which was so wonderful but I was abruptly told that they were no longer delivering to my house.Good while it lasted. All good things must come to an end I guess.

This has been my pharmacy since they opened the doors Chip and his ladies are a great bunch always kind and helpful and quick service in the 3 or so years I have been with them I have never had to wait more than 30 mins. Thank you all your the best

I don’t recommend them at all . The owners file fraudulent documents to the state . They have lied to the state and the owner told me her accountant is blind as a bat , elderly and made mistakes . Lovely how they speak of their own employees. DO NOT work for this company somehow they will find a way to cover up their fraud and cause you mental stress all for their financial gain . The owners should not be allowed to dispense medication . In fact the state board of pharmacists should be made aware of their fraud . Notice that all of the reviews are 7yrs old . It’s because they took over after that time frame .

This is the absolute worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with in my life and a sad example of why small business is failing in this country. I am only trying to use them because I need to have my daughter script bubble packages for school. Every single time we try and pick it up it is not bubble packaged even though they keep telling me they have it documented. They also keep telling me it is on auto refill and every time we go to pick it up it has not been filled. Two months ago they randomly decided to send the script over to the woodstock location because our address is woodstock- they were not asked to do so. I have repeatedly told them that I am not receiving pickup reminders and they insist they are calling- not one call was received in 6 months. For this month i noticed the refills were out so I called and they insisted that they would call the doctor for the refill. My husband tried to pickup two weeks later and they told him the refill was out. This place is an absolute joke! I am considering not giving my daughter her dose at school anymore just so we can go back to Publix pharmacy.

I have been using PharMoore Pharmacy for probably close to 8 years and they are an absolute delight to work with! I have always recommended them to everyone! Not like your big box stores and they are a Compounding Pharmacy as well! Pharmacist Chip and the staff and delivery team are always on top of all my questions! Super Great Folks!

My first trip today to get supplies for my husband's recent aurgeey. It's been an emotional and overwhelming day and the staff went above and beyond to not only help me in the store but chat with me and take my item to the car for me. A little kindness goes a long way and you never how much it'll mean to someone. Thank you!!
