They didn't deliver the whole order and won't answer the phone now. 0 out of 10 would not recommend. All you get is a call center that won't help you. It's all zero stars but but you can't choose that because they know they have horrible service and that's why they don't answer the phone after they they up with half what charged for

I ordered 3 orders of wings two were honey bbq and 1 was mild buffalo and when they arrived there was no sauce of any of them. It was just plain chicken. I tried to call the store but I kept getting a call center who said they were transferring me but kept me on hold for a long time.

Tried to place an order over the phone. Was double charged. The employee said something went wrong, and the order never went through. I called to check on the order as it was for delivery. The phone number goes to a call center. There was no record of the order, so they couldn't help me and could only transfer me to the store. Sat on hold for over 15 minutes twice with no answer. Called back the next day to try and get my money refunded. Was told someone would call me back. Surprise... they didn't. It's been two days of trying to get my "non-order" refunded. Guess I'm going to have to go in person just to get my money refunded. The WORST service ever! This location should be shut down.

I would give this place ZERO stars if I could!!!! Ordered a pizza and after an hour of waiting when it said it was supposed to be delivered 30 mins before, started trying to call the store to get an update….been on hold waiting for someone at this store to answer for over 30 minutes!!!! Complete and utter incompetence. This is the worst service, worst experience, biggest joke of a restaurant ever. Do NOT order from here ever!

I placed an online order, and when I submitted it, the website indicated that it could not be processed. Consequently, I went through the ordering process once again and successfully placed the order for the second time. Upon reaching the store, I was asked whether I had placed two orders or just one. I explained the situation to the staff member, who then informed me that they had attempted to call and verify which order was correct. Unfortunately, I couldn't answer the call as I was driving to the store. Consequently, the staff member made the decision to proceed with the second order, which turned out to be the correct one.As a result, both orders were in the system and processed. The lady at the counter, recognizing the situation, asked if I would like to take both orders since the incorrect one would be discarded. I happily agreed, especially considering that I was headed to the hospital the following day and could share the extra pizzas with my family members who would be there. This employee, whose name I did not get, exhibited exceptional customer service by identifying the issue, attempting to rectify it, and ultimately choosing not to waste food but rather reward a customer.

Ordered pizza for delivery and paid for it. Pizza was never delivered. Called and was told by the call center that there is nothing they can do about it and that there is no way to contact the store directly. This is pizza hut in holly springs georgia. I would never order from there but if you do beware. Zero stars.

Sherri, one of the managers at this location went above and beyond! I called in an order then had to cancel it a few min. later and it was not made clear and they ended up making my pizza anyway. After being notified later that it was still there and ready for me I talked with Sherri and let her know I called and canceled the order. Long story short I let her know the next time I ordered I would make sure the pizza that was made for me was paid for aswell. She had none of that and apologized and told me that was nonsense and the next pizza was on them.Just want to give her a shout out in customer service and she has every quality a resturant manager should have and even more. Very kind of her to do that. Growing up in the resturant industry myself, she handled the whole misunderstanding like a pro and definetly earned this location alot of future buisness with me! They are lucky to have you Sherri!

I’ve always enjoyed the pizza but on this visit, I ordered via the app and the store failed to meet its time commitment. If If Pizza Hut had told me my order would take 10 mins or 10 hours, I would make my decision based on that information. But to give a time and miss it by +30 mins with me standing in the restaurant is unacceptable.Note to future self: Do not pre-tip on app orders.

Why are you guys giving me less and less toppings each time I order? It's basically cheesy bread with marinara sauce. This was the last time. I get more toppings with a frozen pizza for the same price. Sometimes you just want fresh but it's clearly not worth getting it from Pizza Hut. I'm done with the inconsistencies.
