“Great people (especially Amanda), and good service. I've never had a postal problem that originated with this branch, all of the usps problems I've had have been from items coming in and before they arrived here.”
“The best postal service staff I’ve encountered. Due to online sales I visit the counter several times a week. I’m always greeted with a smile and friendly conversation. They will cheerfully offer great packing and shipping rate advice if needed. My packages ALWAYS track and leave the facility without delay. The community is growing swiftly and they’ve probably outgrown the location, but I love & appreciate the hometown feel. Eddie, Helen, & Krunal are a great team! Thanks for all you do!”
“The citizens of Ball Ground are lucky to still have a Post Office that delivers that family feel. I use the USPS hard and on the daily for years now and the Ball Ground post office is by far a stand out. Thank you all for over twenty years of fantastic service.”
“Love using them for our PO box as it's generally not busy and enjoy the smaller building.Staff are nice and wait times are usually great if you catch them at the right time.”

“Dona is amazing, despite USPS website deficiencies she delivered exactly what my family needed at our passport appointment even squeezing us inbetween her appointments to get our paperwork filed. Superstar. Best post office experience of my life.”
