My husband and I have used this Publix pharmacy for quite awhile and have never had a problem . Everyone is friendly and efficient ! Highly recommend !!

This pharmacy has went down hill. Whoever the newer woman tech is not the pharmacist is unprofessional and rude. When I called to see if my prescriptions were ready she sighed and stated it’s not even time to refill. I had to tell her this was a new dosage for one medication and the other medication was a brand new prescription so that couldn’t be. Ended up getting half the prescription and would to come back in two weeks for other pills due to insurance. Had my doctor office call an all of a sudden they could fill it meaning the insurance story was bogus. Had my prescriptions switched to Kroger and had none of these issue for the same medications.

Publix pharmacy has unfortunately been awful. Communication is awful, customer service skills are awful. Seems to me they need some training on how to treat people. Very sad as this is the only Publix I’ve ever gone to. With that being said all the other departments are fantastic and greet you with smiles. But the Pharmacy……

I went tonight 4/9/24 and everyone there but the young one with long brown hair had the worst customer service I have ever experience. Not one smile hello how are you can I help you . They all was so rude I will be changing my pharmacy.

I called the pharmacy to speak to a pharmacist at 1:57pm but the phone kept hanging up to 3 times in a row. I called back again at 1:59pm but was left on hold for > 10 minutes. It seems like they purposely kept hanging up on me to have their lunch break. Very unprofessional!!

Less than friendly customer service. Border-lining on rude, actually. I find that every time I leave the pharmacy, I’m really irritated with the interaction I’ve just had. This actually surprises me because I’ve always thought that Publix had great associates. I am not finding this to be true at the pharmacy - Prominence Point location. I’ll probably take my business elsewhere. What a shame.

This Pharmacy is a total reap off! First , I switched my prescriptions to this location because they were closer WHAT A MISTAKE!!!1. They overcharged for medicines I have been taking since my kidney transplant 5 years ago, an example my Myfortic cost 7.80 @ Kroger through my Medicare. At Publix $ 120.00 ?! I asked them why? I double checked with SSA and they didn’t even bother to run my coverage even after I gave my information and requested twice.2. I made a total of six trips to try and get my immune suppressant meds ( necessary to avoid rejection filled) and to date ( 3 weeks later) they never got the orders filled, they made multiple excuses. Finally I called and asked them to just remove all my orders I would go elsewhere.??3. This was the final straw - they were rude and seemed quite indifferent. I spoke with Chris very rude . Rachel also quite unpleasant and the pharmacist who seemed incredulous. Don’t go here they are just inept.

Just to let any moms out there know that are buying formula, not to shop at the publix on prominence point(paradise shoppes) for formula. They are knowingly charging $10 more for the enfamil AR Formula 27.9 ounce can, they are using the price for the 2 refill packs, which is more formula. The riverstone publix doesn’t do this. just beware if you don’t know how much the formula costs

I have NEVER had a bad experience at a Publix until tonight!!!! I placed an online order for 3 subs at 9pm and was given a pick up time of 9:40pm!! Since I was close by, I called and politely asked if there was any possibility that our order would be done sooner. The girl that answered the phone was ZERO help at all and three times when I'd ask a question she would say "Hold on, let me ask about that." She never put me on hold so I could hear her chatting and giggling loudly in the background. she wouldn't answer my question about whether they had other orders in front of ours, which I doubted at 9pm, but it would make a wait understandable. Finally, I asked if it would really take 40 minutes to make three small subs and she said "if you would like us to make them and make them well, yes, it will take until 9:40 PM. If we finish early, we can give you a call. That's the best that I can do." So what did I do? Immediately called the manager who was even LESS helpful than deli girl. Soooo incredibly rude and did not validate my concerns about the unhelpful employee. She just kept saying "I'll have to look into that." No apology or offer to go check the deli and see what was going on. Finally, I sent my husband inside and told him he could just place a new order so they would make it right then and there. Turns out there was zero line and no orders in front of us. Shocker, I know. Just lazy employees that didn't want to do their jobs because they were too busy flirting (it was 2 young girls and a guy). I will NEVER again take my business to this Publix. Talk about ruining the Publix reputation!

prices are alright . but if you're looking for a place to get the worst customer service , this is the right place for you ! Emily in customer service is obviously very insecure and has a horrible stank face and attitude with customers and her own associates . drama runs the store and it shows and reflects horribly with customers . went to get a sandwich from the deli section and you can tell nobody gets along back there by the way associates complain to customers right in front of them . my own personal opinion , go to the riverstone location , they are friendly and have basic respect for their customers !(:
