Every time I go to take my medicine, there is a waiting time, even with no line! Even there are two staff inside, but they will just let you wait. And today, we went to the second trip (yesterday we went, they said not ready) to get my daughter's medicine cream for her little hand wart, the staff said it was not ready because there is no insurance information, and because the copay is too high so they did not fill the order. What? Why? So strange, first of all, we do have insurance, and they should have been given the info from the doctor order. Second, if we do not have insurance, then you just don't fill the order? What a lame excuse! This pharmacy definitely the worst I have ever experienced. Just don't understand why they such so badly!

If I could rate this pharmacy a zero or a negative number, I would. I’ve been using this pharmacy for years just because of convenience. I don’t think they have EVER had my medications ready when they have said. Not only that, but they will also tell you to come back in an hour and a half and when you do……THEY STILL DONT HAVE IT READY! Then they’ll tell you to come back in 15 minutes….and they STILL DON’T HAVE IT READY. Apparently they take pleasure in wasting peoples time, or they just enjoy lying. Either way, I’m immediately switching all my medications to a pharmacy that has the capability of handling simple refills.

It’s a shame that this pharmacy at the Freehome Publix has the worst customer service. They always say they don’t have my RX even when I have the confirmation from the office that it’s been sent. When people are sick and don’t feel well and they can’t find or don’t have the prescription, there’s nothing done to help. Each of my last RXs have taken more than 6 hours to fill. I have yet to have a positive experience here.

Not customer focused! Don't even bother waiting for a script to be filled while you wait. Always making excuses, short staffed, too busy, etc. Some advice, hire some associates!

After one visit and not receiving all of my husband’s prescriptions, I called to ask when the others would be ready. I was told I could get them at 2:30. I show up at 3, and they say there are none ready and it will be the following day. The rudest associates I’ve ever encountered at Publix. Having ever transferred elsewhere.

After a disastrous moment from ordering from somewhere else, you all stoped what you were doing to make this for my son’s date to his homecoming dance this weekend. I literally had less than an hour to get this taken care of. So amazing!!!!

Each time I use this pharmacy the staff is friendly and attentive. More importantly they listen and care about me and have worked to ensure that r have what we need. They go above and beyond and we appreciate it.

The Pharmacy is ridiculous. Dr sent in a prescription at 8:30pm and it won’t be ready until after 2pm the next day. It should be ready first thing in the morning since it wasn’t filled before they close the day it was sent in. By the way, it’s a medication that can’t be completely stopped and he is completely out. This is wrong on so many levels for a pharmacy. The pharmacist knows better than to do this. Can not stand this pharmacy. Publix Pharmacies use to be so much better. They have gone down hill greatly and it shows!!! DO NOT USE THEM FOR YOU OR YOUR FAMILY!!!

Absolutely no mask enforcement. I get it, they are afraid of the "patriots" who won't wear a mask but if you are searching this site to see if they enforce masks, they do not.
