My primary physician's office referred me to Quest Diagnostics, because of trouble drawing my blood during an annual physical exam.I simply looked up Quest Diagnostic, followed the prompts to find the nearest location and booked an appointment online.I showed up ontime for my appointment. There was zero wait time, the intake process was super easy, and these guys drew my blood and had me out within minutes!I would have given them 5 stars if the place was cleaner. Highly recommend!

You can never get anyone on the phone when you have problems trying to get an appointment on line. I made an appointment for January 25 but when I look on line it shows that I don't have one. When I go in the system won't let me past the kind of blood work I need. I changed my Dr's appointment and need a new one. HELP

I’ve used this location twice now, and both visits have been great—just like Quest in Statesboro! Caleb took care of me today for my yearly physical blood test, and even though I’m highly squeamish about needles he made it extremely easy and seamless. Much better experience than last year at my doctor’s office!

Not sure what all the negative fuss is about. I showed up 20mins early, was taken in 10 mins early, took about 5 mins for blood draw and Ibwas on my way. Fast and professional and polite. Just bring the requisition form.

Have gone to this location twice in past one year- morning appts. and both occasions they called me in at my appointment time. The blood draw was painless and they were quite courteous.

David at the Canton location is awesome! He is the absolute best. I do not do well when it comes to getting blood out. Not only are my veins tiny, but I have a phobia of blood and needles. David totally understood my fears and could relate. He was very patient and took the time to explain the anatomy of my veins and arteries. With this being said, he was able to do a successful blood draw. I’m so thankful for knowledge professionals like David. Bless you and thank you David!

I made an appointment online for follow up lab work over 3 weeks in advance. Showed up at the lab, waiting room was full of people, many of whom were complaining about having appointments but waiting a long time. I ended up waiting 35 minutes past my appointment time, until they started taking people who arrived well after me. Questioned one of the technicians who told me with an attitude that they "only have 2 people here today and they're running 30-45 minutes late". I left, went to a nearby LabCorp facility and was in and out in 15 minutes without an appointment. No more Quest for me!

Very unethical and unprofessional. Would give them a zero. I went there 3 times to get my blond work done. The wait was over two hours despite I had an appt. So, a very nice patient in the waiting room told me to come back on a Friday around 4:30 and I would not have to wait. She was right but I was treated so unethical and unprofessional. The workers- one named Michelle looked for every reason not to serve me. They told me they could not read the Dr.'s name on the order, they told me there was no DX code, and that I would have to come back. even though the order stated why I was there. They did not attempt to try to help me or offer other suggestion. If they had of just simple been kind that may have been enough. They had an attitude and were completely rude and when I asked for the mangers name and number they said they were calling 911. I told them to please do so, but I would not leave without a name and number, so they gave me a fake one, so I have now looked up cooperates number and will be calling in hopes to at least get them written up. NO ONE should be working in the helping field if they are going to treat people this way. It was so obvious they were mad that I was there late when they were wanting to go home and did not want to do their job.

They NEVER answer their phone, period. They no longer take walk-ins so don't bother trying.

I waited 1hour and 40 mins. Before leaving and was told it would be a 39 min wait. Also no one answers their phone. Very unprofessional!
