Two employees inside at 5 am and they said they will stay 24 hour as long as they continue to have employees. So i asked, so does that mean? You are not 24 hours currently because your doors are locked? To witch he said yes, we will open when the next shift arrives.

This particular RaceTrac gas station, sells cold pizza & warm beer. Perfect for a hot, frustrating ride home, yummy yummy.

The doors is always locked at night anywhere between the hours of 10 p.m. and 2 a.m I don't understand why the store is open 24 hours when when you need gas or something at 12 a.m. on your way home from work you can't even get gas because the only store that it's supposed to be open 24/7 always has the doors locked. This is getting old it's been going on for months. You're losing business because of this.

I don’t know why this location is listed as “always open”. Perhaps it’s because all Race Trac locations are SUPPOSED to be always open. This place locks the doors early every night. There’s not much open late in the area and nothing open 24hrs. This is the ONLY place! Yet they will lock their doors with customers inside, half the pumps occupied, and a half full parking lot. They do it EVERY night!!! And it’s been going on pretty much since they opened. There is NO sign on the doors saying what hours they will close or that they have closed at all, making every single patron leave their cars and walk up to the doors just to be disappointed. If it’s the end doors, they think it’s just those ones and walk around to the “front” doors. The time is different EVERY night, so it’s not predictable at all! Some nights it’s closer to 11pm but we’ve been inside around 9:45pm when they’ve locked the doors, including within the last week. No clue when they bother to open back up either. The pumps and store themselves aren’t bad and the staff is usually pretty friendly and helpful, but clearly management is hell bent on frustrating their customers and losing out on sales! Do better!!!!!!!!

Doors locked. One rude employee inside. When asked what time they will open as it is listed as 24 hours the rude employee replied “I’ll open whenever I have more employees today.” Without giving any time. Waited in the parking lot for 15 minutes before going somewhere else. Extremely lazy and rude.Should at least be able to function with minimal staff or be able to give a time they will open for the day.Must be nice to go to work and keep the doors locked, not actually work, and be rude to customers who are looking to get what they need and be back on the road.Save yourself and go to 76 across the street (who had one employee working, like racetrac, and they were serving customers with a smile). They have polite staff who actually show up to work and are nice.

Dear racetrac....closing your doors at 10:40 on a Friday night is not cool. Pretty confident I will never spend another cent in your store.

The owner doesn't take the time to read feedback from customers. One review said, "I come here all the time. BUT.. and then they went on to list concern" owner response- "thanks for being a fan". Is that sarcasm? Either way, it doesnt reflect well.I am aware of the labor crisis going on. So, I guess that means employer beggers can't be too choosy. I called and said, "What time do you close?" NOT "why arent you open?!" it should still be met with a polite response. I'll bet the employees get tired of angry people telling them Race Trac is 24/7.- But for the customer, it's the first time they have asked! Don't act like you're telling the same person the same thing over and over and they're ignoring you. Different people, same reasonable question. If you work in customer service- (which can suck)...learn customer service. Maybe even common courtesy?Even the owner can't be bothered with a personalized response to customer feedback (good or bad its still valuable to know) the responsereads like something corporate put together and sent out as a stock response. Same complaint- doesn't have to be met with the same verbatim response. Employees and owners don't even have to genuinely care(many dont and wont). But If you can just make people feel like you do, that's probably good enough for them, I doubt they care either. People are more apt to shoot the Racetrac messenger, when the message is delivered in a condescending and annoyed tone.

literally every single time i go up to this racetrac, the building is closed. racetrac gas stations are generally supposed to be open 24 hours. gives me the impression that the management here are lazy.

They close at random times frequently. Like from 11pm to 12am(midnight) or later. Sometimes it's just because there's one person there, other times for no known reason. Either lazy or understaffed. We'll never know.

Come here all the time. But they keep closing every day at like 930-10pm and then seem irritated when you push the button at the window. I thougjt race trac was 24/7?

There's a serious housefly issue here. All over the coffee bar and around the food at the bartop. I counted 11 of them in two minutes. My favorite was the one i saw climb into the open whipped cream nozzle. You guys need to fix this.

Best RaceTrac to go to in my opinion. They always have my everyday needs. Staff and Management are always a pleasure.
