While filling up I smelled gas. Then when I was waiting for my truck to fill, I felt gas on my chest. It turns out thier pump was leaking and shooting gas everywhere. I notified the cashier. He just told me to use another pump. REALLY?

Why is it listed as 24H when there are workers inside with the doors locked and a sign that says “not currently open”.

You know, i think I'd have a stroke right there in the parking lot if I bought gas at a Racetrac and their pump actually had paper when I wanted a receipt. Not only this location.

Was at the racetrack by Ollie’s tonight and the worker I’m assuming was having a bad night or ran into hooligans, but she not only “chipped” in to mine and my friends conversation to cuss and yell at us, because I told our friend I would check the woman’s bathroom to make sure no one was in there (no one was even in the store) because they were cleaning the men’s bathroom, and we just got back from a long road trip. She then screams and pacing back in forth in the store (not to mention we all have snacks in our hands and we are by the froyo machine about to make one) saying “I can kick yall out” I then said “ma’am I don’t know why you are getting so upset he’s not going in the bathroom like you said racetracks policy was, I don’t understand why you are yelling” she then proceeded with calling me names from here to there and screaming I told you to leave. So then I left. Moral of the story I hope she sees this and maybe apologizes for her actions or maybe an explanation. There was no need for an employee to escalate a situation with a buying customer like that.

Since when does a gas station not take a 100 dollar bill???? Ridiculous. That's OK I went to Quick trip and was treated with the upmost respect. They had no problem no problem accepting my money. I won't be coming back here

I don't rate gas stations at all so I proceeded in the store, orange juice and vitamin water as I'm sick and then proceeded to go to the front counter and get a pack of cigarettes now I know I'm going to get carded so I went ahead and pulled it out the new guy tried to take my ID and said that he had to scan it and I was like no you cannot scan my ID it is unconstitutional you can look for my date of birth and you can match the picture and that's it well the store manager proceeded to jump in and berate me and said it's a private store and we can do whatever we want to that is incorrect I will not be going to this race track as this woman has banned me from the store don't worry I'll take my money somewhere else

Worst RaceTrac in Cherokee County. Trash is always overflowing in the parking lot, receipt printers never have paper. The updated computer system doesn't allow you to use RaceTrac rewards (you can't get rewards or use them, it says customer not found, even if you scan the app), restrooms are abhorrently unsanitary and disgusting. Only two employees here actually do their job and one of them I believe is the store manager. The rest do everything they can to avoid working.
