Senior Helpers is a great place to work. I have been with them for a year and few months. They acknowledge you for your work and are very understanding when it comes to having to balance work/family life. They make sure you have the tools to do your job. And they are a really fun group to be around. I recommend them to anyone looking for a fulfilling job and I recommend them for families that need that extra help.

Our experience with Senior Helpers has been great. The caregiver blended into our family on the first day And continues to support. Us in many ways.From providing transportation to meeting needs as we manage our home life, she is always available.I must admit I was a “Doubting Thomas”. Because I thought we had our”senior living” under control. That was true with all our activities however on “slow days” just the comfort of having another person to talk and bond with is worth the time the company has provided.

I truly enjoy working for Senior Helpers. The company values both the caregivers and the clients, which makes for supportive and positive work environment. I appreciate the flexibility with scheduling and the understanding management team who are always willing to listen. Senior Helpers provided the training and resources we need to succeed, and I feel proud knowing I’m making a difference in seniors’ lives every day. It’s rewarding to be part of a team that cares so much about dignity, compassion, and quality care.

Senior Helpers has been a god send. They paired us with a wonderful caregiver . Their response to any question was answered quickly. I especially like the way that Melanie or Shelby personally come to the house to introduce me to a new caregiver. They take their business seriously and the clients come first.

Senior Helpers takes great care of my elderly aunt. The caregivers are so kind and thoughtful. I'm not sure what we would do without them. Wonderful company and great people! Highly recommend!

Loved working for them, however I was falsely accused of something I didn’t do, while doing what I was told to do. I expressed my concern several time on the situation but They took me off the schedule due to a( non pending investigation). When confronted after almost a year of not hearing a thing I was told I wasn’t Competent to be a CNA. I wasn’t told I wouldn’t be able to return to work just left in the dark with several different stories of why I wasn’t being scheduled. Then Received a separation paper which stated I Voluntarily resigned. NEGATIVE!! I did not. However if your a client they do pretty good towards you.

I have enjoyed Senior Helpers so much! All of my helpers have been kind and caring. They let me do what I can do for myself. They treat me with kindness and dignity. I am so glad I chose this company!

Todd and his caregivers are absolutely top notch! I contacted them to help with my mother, who is wheelchair bound and limited in her self care. Todd personally introduced every caregiver brought to the house as well as covering schedule gaps himself when one of his caregivers had an emergency. His communication skills are absolutely the best. All the care needs are relayed expediently with Todd asking how you would like to proceed. The staff is knowledgeable, well trained, and super courteous/accommodating.Every aspect of your loved one's care is tracked and logged. From medicine intake to food stocks to maintaining the house, it's all monitored and logged online so you can check (and comment if you want) at any time.Household needs are relayed back to the client, and if it's small sundries like detergent or milk or what-have-you they'll pick it up on their way in for you.Todd and his crew treat you like extended family. They truly care about you and your loved one. I'd give them 6 stars if I could!

The first day Senior Helpers started care with our resident was amazing!Todd came into meet me, and the care staff and check out the suite. Our resident came home from the hospital and Todd and his caregiver were here to greet him.Then Todd came back to be here when the next shift came in so that he could introduce the resident to the new caregiver.I have never witnessed just excellent customer service!!
