The quality of this station has steadily declined with one or more pumps frequently out of order. The attendants often claim they can't fix anything and pretend they can't understand English. The final straw was last night in the middle of a large rainstorm none of the pumps would reset to allow pay at the pump. I went inside through the rain to ask the woman inside to reset the pump so I could get gas. She feigned ignorance and said I could pay inside with cash. She eventually admitted she COULD reset the pumps, but she would only do it if I would pay inside. I left and neither I nor any of my family will ever return to this station. I believe SHELL needs to audit this station. I only gave 1 star because you can't post with 0 stars

There is a white dude in there that Chews tobacco and it's the rudest. My friend was trying to exchange some scratchers and forgot to give them all at once and started screaming at him. He should not be working there.

This Shell gas station and convenience store is OK. I stopped by to fill up on my way to Woodmont Golf and Country Club. This station is about 1.5 miles east off I-575 exit 19 (SR 20 east, Canton, Cumming). In the immediate area, I recommend fueling up at the newer and nicer RaceTrac just down the road at 2017 Cumming Highway: The RaceTrac is closer to the highway and superior to this Shell station in every way. Compared to that RaceTrac, this Shell is older, smaller, has less pumps, and more expensive gas prices. Unsurprisingly, it also has more expensive gas prices than QuikTrip, Kroger, and Costco. That said, this is still an adequate, serviceable, eight-pump station. During my visit, the pumping area was relatively clean and the pumps looked to be in good condition. Paper towels were stocked and windshield washer reservoirs had fluid in them. I used pump #5. A video advertisement played while I refueled. Unfortunately, the pump prematurely shut off before my tank was full. I had started my car and was about to drive off when I realized my fuel gauge wasn't reading as full. I ended up having to get back out of my car and fuel up again. I was about 1.6 gallons short. While very rare, I've had that happen to me before at QT (pump prematurely cutting off) and it's annoying. The pump receipts printed out nice and clear. The business name on top of the receipt read, "S&W Moon, Inc [DBA] Triple B Food Mart 10013232003 Shell Oil Products US." The vendor on my credit card statement simply showed up as "Shell/Shell."

Every one that works there is nice and friendly but last week there's was a Asian lady with an attitude, she also insulted me. I've been going to this store for 10 years, never! Ever! Going again!!

Parking is very limited. Space at the pumps is very tight. Price at the pump is not always what is advertised on the sign.

I live right by here so its easier for me to stop here than at the crowded store where you can't get out over by old doss rd. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. I will pay the few cents extra for every thing for friendly staff and convenient location

Gouged during hurricane. $3.79 for gas. Literally took child's crackers from my hand and stated "these aren't charged enough" and started marking them up. Refused to sell good for their own published prices. Does not know the law of the State of Georgia and does not care.

The staff was very friendly, but it didn't feel like the safest location at night, and the station bays were littered with garbage that someone had recently left. The attendant was heading out to clean them though, which shows they value the upkeep and don't let trash accumulate. The store was ok, but definitely older. They had snacks, drinks, and a decent bathroom. I'd stop again, but would prefer to do so in the daytime.

Went to 3.09 gallon during the gas shortage. Taking advantage of a situation. Trying to profit off of a negative situation. Yes, you have the right to charge what you want. I have the right to shop elsewhere. Price gouging at its finest. I will not ever use them again. I encourage others to remember this. If you give them your money you are condoning price gouging.
