A huge shout out for applying the sales to the bed which encouraged us to purchase same day. We just couldn't walk away from the deal! Bed arrives Nov 7th but we are repeat customers, so we know we are getting a great bed!

We had an excellent experience at our local Sleep Number store. We have purchased online mattress for several years now and have always been happy initially, but after three or so years the mattresses are indented to where they are no longer comfortable. Being able to go into the Sleep Number store and get assistance from the helpful staff made us more confident in the purchase, and we found exactly what we wanted. This should end our search for the perfect mattress!

I visited the store on Memorial Day weekend and worked with Brandy. She was very patient and professional making sure I had all of my questions answered. I was expecting a pushy sales experience, and couldn't have been more wrong.Brandy asked me a few questions and while using those answers, she had a few bed recommendations. I wasn't immediately shown the most expensive bed in the store and that made me feel like she was really concerned with getting me in the right bed, not the most expensive bed.She did show me the biggest, baddest bed they have just to show me all the options available (and it was very nice btw) but never once pushed me to buy it. Every employee was very nice and I'm sure a pleasure to work with but if you get an opportunity to work with Brandy, do not hesitate.

Brandy was so wonderful. She texted me great information and was ready for me when we came to the Canton, GA store. She made the experience great, and I would definitely come to her again when we need another bed. In addition, I really love the app!!!

Transaction went extreamly well. The sales lady was very knowledgeable about the product she was selling. She was very considerate and polite and helpful during our entire visit. She gave us time alone to discuss our concerns and make up our minds on the mattress that we were looking at. She checked on us to answer any questions that we might have during this time. No pressure selling what so ever. We ended up buying the mattress, which will be delivered next Tuesday (Feb.14, 2023), Hopefully the delivery will go as smooth as the buying.

Ordered a bed and frame which arrived broke. Scheduled a technician to come repair and the tech showed an hour late (i had already left home due to other priorities). Rescheduled for the next Saturday and the tech was a no-show. They auto rescheduled me for a Wednesday which i cant be home for. Was informed that i would have to wait 1 month for a Saturday appointment.At this time, i asked for a refund and for them to come pick up the bed.***THEY DO NOT REFUND THE DELIVERY OR PICKUP FEE***I have now paid sleep number $528 to have their broken bed sit in my house for a month. Scam company that is very unethical. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.
