This review is specifically about chelle the store manager. I have been coming to this sports clips for about 3 years and always had an exceptional experience. They recently made a management change so I and my stylist was no longer there so I had not gone in a couple months but went today. I sat down with the current store manager and she let me know that the foil shavers I typically get are now an additional $11. I let her know I wouldn't be using them and asked why the price increase. She told me that it was always supposed to be charged but with the new ownership they were enforcing it. I Certainly was shocked and declined the service but was in no way rude. I said I had never heard of a barber shop charging extra for foil shavers. She then asked if I even wanted her to cut my hair and I said yes. She then said that I didnt need to have an attitude. I chose to remove myself from the situation and as I was walking out she chose to in a smart ass way say have a nice day with a smirk on her face. I told her her customer service was horrible. She then told me that I was the problem not her. Chelle is by far the worst person I've ever dealt with at sports clips, and probably in the service industry. Her entire demeanor was rude, smart ass, and she made it clear my business was in no way important to her. She had no reason to treat me the way she did. I do my best to always be respectful and kind to everyone I encounter in life. The price increase was shocking but I wasnt rude in any way about it. I always loved the fact they did a veteran discount and I have always been treated amazing at this location and gotten the best customer service and the perfect haircut here. I will never step foot in this store again and it is only because of her actions and the way she treated me. Im confident that if she treated me like that she has no issue treating others like that so I will tell all my friends, family, co workers, everyone not to go there, and I used to refer everyone there. I will not be doing that anymore
