Would give 0 stars..couldn't help us with banking error on truist's part..sent us to their 1-800 number. Ive just waited 57 minutes on hold just to be cut off. No help here.We will be shopping for new bank after 30+ years with SunTrust. Done.

My son has had Horrible experience since they switched... and tracking my record same! Debts not going through for days or even a week after purchases!!!! Looks like Incentive Banking to me! I can't wait until we both get our accounts switched! I have coworkers going through the same thing and they are ready to switch too! This should be illegal!!!!!

Awesome staff except the foreign lady she's terrible. So slow and. Can't ever understand what she is saying nor does she understand you at the window.

When did SunTrust start charging a fee, to cash a check for non-account holders? I got smart and finally stopped banking there years ago however my clients write checks for me often and I've never been told to pay a fee until this week. And the guy acted like a weasel used car salesmen and asked me to open an account. And then he would "cash my check" for free.
