I’ve been a loyal, top-tier customer for over 5 years….the type of customer that other banks fight over. The type of customer who gets offers from countless other places ALL the time because my credit history is just THAT GOOD. But somehow this company doesn’t see or recognize it. Synovus and Tonya Yarbrough from the “Community Relationship Center” just screwed me over and really pissed me off today. It’s so hilarious that the word ‘relationship’ is in the title of that department considering Tonya, nor anyone at Synovus for that matter, has a relationship with me. Completely Your loss!!! I am posting this review to the branch location I started my account with, although I have not had bad experiences inside the actual location. Everyone out there--find another bank to do business with.

I was wrote a check from this bank, they wouldn't cash it without verbal consent from the check writer. New one on me $225 is measly money. I won't be back. don't write a check that you can't cash. Thats The last time I ever come into your bank.regions,SunTrust, wells Fargo, etc are good banks. I will make sure to never accept payment trough this bank again. Never heard of them and hope I never do again. Marietta GA

Ridiculous fees - $5 just to cash a check written on one of THEIR accounts. Glad I don't bank here, and now I never will.

Not impressed. I've been a customer for 18 years. My new debit card was to arrive by the end of June and I was told it was printed on the 12th and would be there. Fast forward to the 26th. Still no card even though I had been checking the mail daily, and my old card would cease to be valid the following Wednesday. I went to the bank and they applied for an expedited card which would be delivered by the last day of the month, for a fee of $25. Unacceptable for me to have to oay that when they disnt do their job. After 18 years I think it's time for a new bank, purely on principle

I would not recommend the Canton location at all. They have one very hateful teller that has the nastys attitude I have ever seen. I will never go back. Thank you.

I love this place . Good ole Folks that always take care of me and any problems in life they always there to talk to me about anyand everything . I look foward to going to see them every week . Thanks for all you do .....
