A store manager made sure a lost bag was given back by sending an associate out to the parking lot. However, one location had feedback about organization lacking, with messy displays and clothing racks placed too closely together. Overall, T.J. Maxx is the nation's largest off-price retailer where customers love to shop.
Had a great shopping experience at TJ Maxx today! Rachel at the checkout was really nice and made the checkout feel welcoming. The store was neat and organized, and you really can’t beat the low prices. It really does make a difference to have staff like Rachel. I will absolutely be coming back!

I love TJ Maxx. Such a fun place to shop for deals. I'm also impressed with how quickly the like was moving this day. I didn't love the cashiera pushiness and aggressiveness for the credit card. I understand it's a part of their job but why the aggression?
