Future customers beware! I should have read the reviews that completely explain the behavior from leadership at this location. I shipped a photo envelope from this location. The product never made it to its destination. Upon tracking number review, it appears the package was never scanned from the tracking label created at the store. I should begin with this, my first visit was normal. Quick and fast service.
Fast forward a few days, and I went to visit the location again to see what happened. I provided the tracking information and suggested to the counter staff my package may have been misplaced at the location. The counter staff helped and agreed my situation appeared interesting. She provided information a claim would be filed, and I would receive a call about my claim once that individual returned to work the next day. All of which is acceptable for the case being described.
Now here is where things take a turn. I visited the store again 4 days later to inquire about my claim or package. Upon walking in, I was properly greeted. I explained the case again to the different counter staff member. She explained a claim would have to be made. I replied that it should have already been completed when I stopped in a few days ago. The counter girl seemed perplexed. She went to a back counter and opened a folder with my information about my claim, which was the first sheet on top. I confirmed my name and information and then I simply stated that I would like a return on shipping cost since my package never left that building. Counter said they don't do returns. In which I replied, "Even for a package that clearly never left your building?" She replied yes no refunds." I then asked for the managers name, which seemed to upset the counter staff lady as she didn't supply the name at first. I asked again to speak to a supervisor, and she then went and gave me a business card and I took the card and proceeded to leave.
Today, I received a call from said manager who quickly jumped to ask if I had any questions about my claim. I explained I wasn't notified a claim was filed, and now I see it has. She then continued to explain the coming stages of the process and how UPS would handle. All of which is fine till she then went on to say, I appreciate you being nice today, of which I was blown away. She then went on to say the counter staff, along with another customer mentioned I was "hostile" and rude. She continued to mention there was no need to be hostile. I mentioned that there was no hostility, and if you feel the need to continue, please review your video tapes of my demeanor. She replied that's not needed, and we ended the conversation.
Now, the store has their view of the story and it appears I'm a hostile customer to them. No worries UPS store, i wont be back, and I'm sure my money won't hurt your business, but I'd be doing the public a disservice if I didn't mention this case to them. I'm sure I won't be the last person to feel attacked for asking for a refund from this location or to have the above issue. From the reviews, it appears this is common behavior from this location. Questioning something is not being "hostile". When a service isn't performed or received, it is common knowledge to ask for a refund.
I gave 2 stars, the counter staff were decent, not terrible.

We had a wonderful experience at this location. We came in to print out our marriage license, as our printer decided to take the day off. We were kindly greeted upon entry and we were assisted right away.
The wonderful lady that helped us was super sweet and helpful. She made our day! Her congratulations and true generosity brought a huge smile to our face. We will definitely be back to this location. Again, thank you!

The staff here are very nice! They always greet you with a smile and friendship hello. They always ask if there’s anything else they could help me with when I’m finished with why I was in there in the first place, and they always tell me to have a great day when I leave. The store is always very clean and spotless. This is my favorite UPS store in our area.

Every time I am there, I ALWAYS experience a super friendly and efficient staff. They go out of their way to be as helpful as possible, and their customer service is a model a lot of companies should emulate.

It's important to note that the service provided by this company is extremely overpriced. If you opt to send certified mail with a return receipt, you'll be charged $16. However, if you send it directly through USPS, it will only cost you $4.50. Essentially, you'll be paying a $12 convenience fee just to transfer your mail from UPS to USPS. Although the staff may seem friendly, it's clear that they're taking advantage of you with a smile...To be honest, I would never use this service again... I hope you understand...

I recommend this location! Everyone was friendly and service was great! Also there was a notary there that I needed. Perfection?
