Today I walked into the store to return an Amazon package. Never have I seen staff at UPS being so rude. Owner and the management should consider training the employees to smile and be courteous to the customer. You are in business just because of customer’s like us. Garrett definitely needs customer service training.

Upon frequent visits to The UPS Store, I've observed a concerning pattern in customer service, particularly with an employee who wears glasses. It's understandable that anyone can have an off day; however, this specific lady seems to be perpetually in a state of dissatisfaction. This consistent negativity affects the overall atmosphere, making interactions rather unpleasant and unfortunately overshadowing the services provided by the establishment.

Sadly I have to write a review for this ups store in hopes they will fix the issues with employees. I used to ship all the time with this store and had a great experience until they got new workers. I feel like every time I come in I am being a Burden on them and they have the hardest time taking my simple package.My wife comes in and also says the same thing about this place always being annoyed at you for basically walking in.The staff needs to know that this is your job and your job is to accept packages. Like someone said, if you don't like your job then get a new one. I will most likely go to a different store from now on, like Crabapple down the road.

Management seriously needs to get these employees in check. They’re always super unfriendly but today was a completely different story. I heard them audibly complaining about the number of returns the customer in front of me had. Then I had to return to drop off two large, heavy boxes. Only 2 other customers were in the store at that time and one was helping with prints so I asked if I could set the boxes at the other register while I unloaded. He said sure. The store filled up as I was being the other very heavy box in so I left it at the empty register instead of moving them both to the back of the line. I was waiting for the other employee to finish with the customers paperwork. The other employee left the register he was at to come to me and very rudely tell me “get in line next time, don’t just come to an empty register.”I understand where he was coming from with that but there was a much more professional way to say that. Furthermore it would have been a completely different story if the other customer hadn’t told me it was fine. If you hate you job as much most of you appear to almost every time I come on there GET A DIFFERENT ONE. Don’t take it out on customers.

I'm a 20 year resident of Hickory Flat. I also feel compelled to write a review after seeing other negative reviews. I frequently visit The UPS Store and each time I have received excellent service. And, it gets busy sometimes, but the employees help each customer one at a time as it should be. And they have been helpful when explaining other services.

First, and last, time we will go to this UPS Store (the location in Macedonia has exceptional service, by the way). We came to this location with two Amazon return items. The Amazon return instructions clearly state, "no box or label needed." The female employee (shorter dark hair and glasses) working behind the counter said that we needed to purchase a shipping box due to the size of the item, which was a 24" stuffed animal, because it "exceeded their maximum allowable size." Firstly, we have never had to purchase a box when the Amazon return instructions do not require it. Secondly, when we told the employee this, she literally snatched the items from my wife's hands and walked away. The rudest behavior from an employee that we have encountered in a very very long time. Employees who lack basic customer service skills should NOT be in a forward-facing position. Nevertheless, we will not be returning to this location and will certainly let our friends and neighbors know of our experience.

These people are awesome, each time I have come in here they are always moving the line, highly efficient and with great costumer service, which is an absolute rarity nowadays. Highly recommend!

Every other time I’ve used this location for anything other than simple Amazon returns, I’ve had poor customer service. My most recent and will be my last visit was the worst experience I’ve had there. I was trying to ship a eBay package with a USPS QR code label which the UPS store cannot read; I get it, 2 different systems. I then said I would print it out since that was an option via eBay and stepped to the side. Long story short, the woman, who I assume is the owner based on the experience others have had, was rude and combative when I plainly expressed that their cost to print a single sheet of paper was steep ($3). She continued with the rudeness and attitude, so I said I would go somewhere else to ship the box. By this point, she was so irate that even the young man working with her was telling her to calm down but she continued with smart remarks, even as I walked out the door. I’ll gladly drive 10 minutes out of my way to another UPS location then use this one again.

I've been coming to this location roughly 3 times a month for the past 4 years. After seeing some other reviews, I really felt the need to leave one of my own. This place is great! It's always properly staffed (vs the one on 92 which is a mess) and they offer all the standard services. The team members are helpful, friendly, and professional. I've honestly never seen the staff be anything but courteous and efficient, even when the line is out the door. On the other hand, I've seen plenty of customers chew out the employees or just be plain rude over the most ridiculous stuff (Amazon returns coded to Kohls but brought to UPS, charging for printing services, not being able to ship a package without a complete address, etc.). If you don't have all day to wait around to ship a package and need a good UPS location, this is the one!

Mailed an $1800 drone to be repaired. Unfortunately, I lost the receipt to the pre-paid shipping label.After months of trying to work with UPS corporate and the drone company, we were told by corporate to have someone verify it was dropped off at this store OR send in video footage just verifying that I was there. There was no footage to use and the owner refuses to acknowledge that I was there even though she is the one who helped me AND it shows in their system that it was scanned into their computer. Without her acknowledgment, we are out the $1800 + cost of a new drone that we use strictly for work.Initially, they were ok to work with and communicate with but since approximately $3,000 at this point is in play, we wanted to make sure we had exhausted every option. At this point they were visibly and verbally “over me” and I was then told by Beth that “she can’t squeeze blood out of a turnip.” Then my situation was compared to a loaf of bread at Publix.Honestly, this place is a joke. They’re rude, it’s not their problem or responsibility (which they actually said) and they couldn’t care less about their customers.If you have anything of value, I HIGHLY suggest you use a different place to ship it. Because as they’ve made clear, it’s not their problem.

I have used this store for many years for everything from packing and shipping to professional printing needs and have always been happy with the outcome. Lines can be long but they take time to ensure each customer's needs are taken care of.

Rude, smug employees! Don't bother trying to ask them any questions because they will give you the wrong answers and then argue with actual UPS paperwork.
