I started going during my second trimester of pregnancy and the mental and physical help of the classes made my body feel better and I believe it made my labor easier. The people that work there are welcoming and kind - they make you feel like family! They always made sure that I was making adjustments for my body and would make suggestions for movements I could even do at home while pregnant. I also go in for breakfast sometimes and their smoothies, coffee, and breakfast wraps are great. This place is a staple in Holly Springs!”
