I use them for my pharmacy and they are fantastic. Even when they are super busy I’ve never had one be rude or dismissive; they are really great and make my complicated insurance process as easy on me as they can. I love being able to use the app to constantly check the status of my meds, and any time I have called and needed something they have been helpful.

Lena was a breath of fresh air today.. she was so nice and helpful, which is hard to come by nowadays. I hope her managers take good care of her and recognize her customer service skills!

Wouldn't allow an item to be returned 4 minutes after purchasing it. Manager just hid behind a corporate policy.

Came into drive thru for a Covid test Friday. Was told system was down but not to worry they will get it taken care of. I'm waiting around all weekend for results and finally called Labcorp to see my status and my Covid test was lost/never had correct info filled out. Neither Walgreens nor Labcorp ever followed up. I know for a fact I had COVID. Don't need a test to tell me that I suffered through the worst sickness of my life. My work needed it for confirmation

I do not recommend Walgreens due to their face mask policy. CVS is now requiring face mask and until Walgreens make it mandatory, I will be moving my business to CVS

Excellent service at the pharmacy. Everyone who works there is genuinely concerned about your health and making sure your prescriptions are correct.

It has steadily gone downhill. It used to be great but over time the standards have gone downhill, the employees are more entitled acting, and they have lost or stolen controlled substances from my prescriptions more than once.
