So excited when a family member sent this text to me!! They were on vacay in southern Italy, The Blue Grotto.I immediately sent this pic to Walgreen's and 1 hr later received a text it was ready. This photo was mailed and was delivered before they returned home.Thank you Walgreen's on Hickory Flat!!

Came here to get Vaccinated, made the appointment 2 weeks prior to coming. I received a confirmation via email, however deleted the email since I had taken a screenshot. Came in today for the appointment, the tech couldn't find my appointment and instead of offering to reschedule. She spoke to me as if I was retarded and did not understand what a confirmation was. I reassured her that I did know and she continued to talk to me as if I was a child. Please step up your customer service, I understand that technical issues happens, but belittling me in front of 4 other customers is not the way to handle it.

Came into drive thru for a Covid test Friday. Was told system was down but not to worry they will get it taken care of. I'm waiting around all weekend for results and finally called Labcorp to see my status and my Covid test was lost/never had correct info filled out. Neither Walgreens nor Labcorp ever followed up. I know for a fact I had COVID. Don't need a test to tell me that I suffered through the worst sickness of my life. My work needed it for confirmation

I came here to shop and the loud speaker keeps suggesting i get vaccinated and wear a surgical mask. I dont need conglomerate corporations telling me how i should handle my health care. Surgical masks are for surgery rooms last time i checked Walgreens was not.

The Pharmacist, Boyd is very patient & understanding with me. I am a Special needs parent and he totally understands where I’m coming from. I’m glad he’s our pharmacist. He and his Team are excellent and they take great care of my daughter.

Went to get some film developed here, all my photos came out fuzzy, some were not even developed?! I was not told this before I paid for them. Not the only person to have this experience, I definitely recommend going elsewhere with your film / photo needs.
