Well ordered something again from here to get the wrong item again NEVER again if not in the store them we go to Target ! And found out their NEW return policy is a joke I would tell ya why here but in today's USA world no one cares till it hits them in the face you will find out the same way I did .

Seems to be plenty of employees walking around yet they only manage to have 3-4 manned cash registers open. Lines of pissed off people. No apparent management present to take charge. Also...If you shop there, take your patience with you, as apparently the privileged shop there and have no problem cutting in front of you. Clueless. If this is the future of society, God help us.

Ordered 8 tires to be installed. Showed up on time for the first truck and it took 3 1/2 hrs and the 20 more minutes because they overcharged me. I 1/2 hrs before the 2nd set was to be installed, I was informed that not all the tires were there. Asked them to cancel that order,they said I couldn't do in person, had to be done online. Tried to do it repeatedly on Monday, and told that I had to wait 4 days. So today is Weds. and went out this morning to a flat tire, rear driver side. Not low,FLAT. Last night at the high school basketball game, I told the story many, many times and asked for recommendations. I was going to try the new Mavis store in Jasper, but my friend took his jeep up there last week for 4 tires and it took him 5 hours. A month ago he took a truck to Roland tire in Jasper for tires and the balance job was so bad that he had to take it to a tire shop in Cumming when he was coming home from work and they informed him it was one of the worst that they had ever seen. What in the world is going on? These companies do not care at all.

Side note i ordered this cake a week in advance when they ask for 24hr noticed and I ordered in person and called the next day to make sure they had my order perfect-Walmart y'all need to hire people that actually know what they are doing when it comes to cakes this is not what I ordered what so ever the worst cake I have ever seen it looks like a 5 year old made it. I ordered and pink and white ombré cake with pink on bottom white on top with a rustic look (in picture 2) on the main cake I wanted snow flakes just on the top and my daughters name on the top but towards the edge (writing was horrible) the smash cake was suppose to be similar to the main cake but with just a big snowflake on top (nothing else) this is what I received like really

I called Walmart to place a order for a birthday cake. A month in advance. I called today to let them know I would not be there at 4 pm but would be there at 5. They lost my order. Happy 55th birthday Rhonda not there. was to be a half sheet cake. Hope the get better service help there.

store nice and clean. BUT only one checkout line open with long line 15 minute wait. Walmart is telling older folks that Walmart does not want our business. looks like it's back to Krogers and Publix. lack of service is ridiculous.

This place is good. Service is quick, it's always clean and organized. I don't know how this place has a 2 star rating beyond people mad they don't have everything in stock at every time. Please be reasonable and recognize that the people with the 2 star rating shop here twice a week.

The worst Walmart I have ever been to! Whenever I order groceries online they always have items that are out of stock. It's aggravating! Curbside pick up is ridiculously slow!

This Walmart is the worst Walmart ever. Bought 2 bread items from there "baked in store" only to find once home both items were moldy! Gross! Both items had days before the exp date was due. When return was told that it was the from the way they store them before releasing to sales floor. Get your act together Walmart!

No Sofrita frozen here . Was told by 2 of their associates that they never carry frozen sofrito even though I have bought it here at this store 2 weeks ago.

I must be nuts, but I normally like Walmart for a few things, but not much. In checking an item online, which showed to be in stock, before a 30 minute drive, I called to confirm. Twice the phone was answered and twice I was "transferred" to the appropriate department. Both times no one answered and after a short time ringing, the call disconnects. Figuring since inventory was showing, I drove to buy the item. I asked an employee where the item was stocked and he referred me to someone else, who gave me incorrect directions, saying it was on an end cap. Not seeing it, I asked a third person, who told me people come in looking for the item since it shows in their inventory, but she said they haven't had it in the store's stock. Granted, the employees were nice, but dumb as a stick, in particular the last two. You would think that either one would report that the inventory showing on hand, that isn't there, should be reduced to zero AND researched to see Why there was inventory showing (the items were not inexpensive). Moral of the story: 1 - Never trust an online balance showing at Walmart. 2 - Walmart employees are nice for the most part, but very likely dumb as a stick. 3 - Walmart employees care not if inventory is showing, but not actually available. 4 - Walmart normally does answer their telephone, but service stops after that. 5 - When in Walmart, if you see it with your own eyes, and you can touch it, in all likelihood it's in stock.

Never have I ever been to a Walmart with such a bad atmosphere. Unprofessional workers who don't even try to look like they want to be serving you, AWFUL staring problem with just about everyone in this store, and on top of that little "party groups" of coworkers that are outside not doing their jobs and making you feel uneasy by the unnecessary staring and sometimes comments that invade your bubble when you're just trying to walk in the building. Employees assume and try and accuse you of vaping if they see you take it out of your pocket for a second to get your wallet even, felt like I was back in High school and not a WALMART. I don't start to itch my neck for a hit in the middle of a damn supermarket. Very disappointed, considering this is the closest to my home. Place shows no potential :/

I came in around 1 in the morning with two of my friends. I bought an LED strip at my local Walmart, it broke, so I came up to this one because it was the closest 24 hour. As soon as we walk in, there's a cluster of employees at the door just staring at us. I start heading towards where I assumed they would have them, spent 30 minutes looking for it with no luck. My friends came across a box of gloves that was already open with some clearly taken out. They took one glove each (for the record, I wasn't there when they took them, but saw the box was already open) I returned back to looking for the strips, and less than a minute later, this woman walks up, gets in their face, and says to take them off. No explanation besides "The manager Joey would like to speak to you when you get up there" so I grab this sticker and we headed up there. As I'm checking out, this dude who I'm assuming is Joey waltzes up to us with this huge smile on his face and basically explains that we had intent to steal, and they were watching on the cameras the whole time. He then said that we could pay for the box that we didn't open, or he would call the police. Excuse me but who calls the cops over a box of cheap rubber gloves?? Very frustrated with the attitude that they had with us. Also 99% sure I just watched a drug deal go down next to me. P.S. we didn't even get the box of gloves
