First it all, I want to let everyone know that this Wells Fargo location has wonderful cashiers, they are very friendly and knowledgeable…I will give them ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️starts!Recently, my wife and I tried to open a business account but unfortunately we could not do it because their lack of knowledgeable on business accounts. We noticed the lady helping us was not quite comfortable opening the account at first glance, later she had to ask questions to her manager to make sure she was doing the right procedure. The banker and her manager told us that they have to verified our virtual office address sending our data to their back office before opening the new account…Later, I spoke to a business account specialist over the phone who told me they could have used our home office address instead. It was that Easy!We wish the bank staff had explained us that they do not have any business account specialists at their location before they made first appointment with us. We could have gotten an appointment with business account specialist in another location and avoid all the overall bad experience and waste of time. Furthermore, our last experience at this branch deserves ⭐️start!

I have been a customer of “Wells Fargo” for over a decade. Customers aren’t customers anymore in your local branch. There is NO HELP!!! I came in for a loan, was misdirected, misguided, and ? misinformed and was denied bc I was not helped and was told to apply for a loan “on my phone “. It’s so easy it just takes less than 5 minutes. Um ma’am that’s why I drove into your location to ask for your services. Loan was denied bc I was so misinformed I filled out the loan application incorrectly. Was then approved by GA credit union within the same day for the exact same amount a bank I have NEVER BANKED WITH BUT ACTUALLY TOK TGE TIME TO HELP AND LISTEN AND UNDERSTAND THE LOAN I NEEDED.Bankers aren’t bankers anymore. They just sit there in there office and play video games on there phone. beyond upset and dissatisfied Wells Fargo. You lost a ten plus year customer that will never give you a dollar again. Thanks for writing me off!!!!

After today I will be switching. These people are cheats and liars especially Sania something. She was rude along with disrespectful to us and her coworkers. She's a trouble maker and needs to loose her job. She makes the whole building toxic. The only person who is even worth seeing is Terry Seek. He goes above and beyond for his customers.

I have written one other review other than this one.. ever!! So this is special enough for me to want to re-download help. I just want to say I have come here a couple times and both were to do things I had never done before. I've been new at this whole thing. It was an awesome experience. Lindsey Kendall is the absolute best. She is so helpful, sweet, and really cares about what's best for the person she's helping. She needs a raise or something!

I was a new customer who was opening their first account and I applied for a new debit and credit card. I was told it would come in the mail in about 7 days. I did not receive my debit card after 10 days, so I contacted them and they claimed there was a glitch. It's been 12 days and still no debit card....
