Extremely rude and very long wait when’s there’s only one customer in bank. In drive thru……there can be zero people yet wait for more THAN 10 min! Additionally, THEY DEPOSIT YOUR CHECKS INTO WRONG ACCOUNT AFTER REPEATEDLY TELLING THEM TGE CORRECT ACCOUNT NUMBER

This location has been closed since March. No reason that they couldn't have the drive-in open during this time. A terrible decision by someone and has been a hardship for the elderly customers who have to drive 15-20 minutes to the nearest branch.

Just experienced a long line on a busy Friday with only one teller and a lot of yakking going on as though customers want to stand around at the bank all day while other bank associates (rather than coming to assist) are laughing in their glass cubicles. I left without getting my transaction completed. I do appreciate friendly service, but please do a better job at being quick and efficient with a lot less chit-chat and standing around. This is not the way that Wells Fargo will keep customers. Thank you.

The Free Home Village branch is my favorite location and I visit it frequently. The employees are friendly and helpful - they always greet you when you walk in the door & most of the regular tellers even greet me by name. This branch definitely gives you the small town feeling and there is rarely a line.

Took a check to be deposited with cash back and the teller said she couldn't give me cash back because the check was in my husbands name. We have a joint checking and we both signed the check. Her excuse was that she couldn't give me the cash back because my husband and I might be in the middle of a divorce and it was there policy not to give money back unless both names are on the check. She said I could deposit the check and then come back and get cash the next day. We have been with this bank for 20 years.
