Interacted with 3 different staff members that were all friendly, but wanted to give special recognition to Mnena. Mnena was extremely courteous, helpful and pleasant! Normally, only the Chick Fil A staff are incredibly friendly, but Mnena is going places. Wendy’s would be smart to keep promoting her before someone else finds her and realizes what an asset she is. We will back to this location just because of the great service from Mnena.

Female employee refused to give the entire order, lied, refused to explain the drink selection available, lied some more, then tried to involve other customers in her messy unnecessary drama. All while running her mouth but hiding behind the counter like a scared little girl. Horrible Service Do NOT RECOMMEND.

Makes me more mad I have to leave 1 star they don’t need any!!!!Slowest Wendy’s in the state never go to this location canton ga in river stone. Food is always wrong they lock the doors so you can’t come inside when there is nobody even in the restaurant or drive thru workers are just plain lazy an complain every time I go inside. Better off just shutting down this location

Took these folks almost 10 minutes to get some food out. Told us to pull up and they would bring it out. Took forever, our food was good but said they don’t have cheese sauce. I worked for Wendy’s before and I was a manager. We always had cheese sauce prepped this early. It’s 9:30am. Also, the girl smelled liked straight marijuana and I have 2 small children in my truck asking what the smell is. Very displeased. Not to mention when we were ordering the girl repeated “anything else?” Like 3 times while we were figuring out what to get for my son.

Sitting at the drive thru FOREVER waiting on my food. We all have been. What's the hold up on like 4 cars getting to go orders? This is RIDICULOUS

Eh, it's Wendy's fast food. What can you say? The food is fresh and better than the other one in Canton usually. Some of the workers are nice and at least pretend have fun being there. Others are moody and act like you're a burden to them just for ordering food. You get cut off as soon as you order one item on the menu. 'Is that all?' No, give at least couple of seconds for a breath in between my words please and thank you.

Came through around 9:30pm. Simple mess up on our order, no big deal. We pulled back through to have it remade and the boy at the window had ridiculous attitude and pretended to be overly confused. Remade our food. Parked to eat for a second time only to find that it was incorrect. Again. And there was 2 hairs laid perfectly across the sandwich underneath the bun. Pulled BACK through the drive through straight to the 2nd window with my MALE partner driving and finally got no attitude from the teenager. After we asked for a manager, we asked for a full refund due to the food quality, the multiple inconveniences, the 45 minute ordeal and the awful attitude of the entire staff(including the manager).Manager rudely demanded he wasn't refunding ANYTHING until he threw our food away himself, even though we SHOWED him how bad it was right at the window and told him about our experience. At this point we were late to our event and had been at this Wendy's for almost an HOUR and STILL hadn't eaten and were now would have been asking for a THIRD remake, and after the nastiness and attitude just wanted a refund and couldn't even get that.AWFUL STAFF. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.
